Vacation rentals with breakfast in Arkansas River

Scott's place was very clean and the chocolate was a nice touch. It served us well as an overnight stop. Was a short distance from the interstate.

Absolutely amazing place! Was a little put off by clothes and items left behind by owner in drawers and closets at first but David was very responsive and the house was very clean and beautiful. The location was perfect and the back porch and yard perfect for the kids to run around in. We were very happy with our stay and absolutely would stay there again.

We stayed here for my son’s 13th birthday. It was a great place and we really enjoyed it.

We loved the house and how Jesse kept it. It worked very good for our 5 guests. We very much liked how roomy the place was compared to other places we have stayed in Perryton.

I travel to Joplin on a regular basis and always try to stay at one of Shelly's homes. They are always clean and she responds quickly if I have a question. She also has a wonderful sense of humor! This trip was no exception. Thank you.

Rosemarie was absolutely a great host. Very accommodating with just the way me and my husband were able to get in the cottage. We had plenty to drink in the fridge. Cinnamon rolls in morning was a treat, and taking a bath after a long day was icing on the cake. But I was also able to relax with my Pitbull, Kona, who loved being outside and roaming the large gated yard smelling everything she could find and I appreciate that. We could not do that in a hotel but Rosemarie made that very easy for us. We would definitely love to go back. The neighbors were so friendly. Everything was within driving range and easy to find. We had a great time and hope to have Rosemarie be our host again. Thank you!!

My daughter and I had such a wonderful time — the adorable animals, the fresh eggs, and the very comfortable and clean and well-appointed home were all so nice. And Cynthia was such a helpful and friendly host, including alerting us to a weather shift ahead of our visit that helped us adjust our travel plans. Thanks for a great stay!

Pamela's place was very clean and offered everything you'd need to prepare a meal in the kitchen. The weather changed quickly while I was in town during the off season for a business trip, however the split units kept the unit very comfortable. The shower was spacious and had plenty of hot water. The host have more convenient items than hotels available for your use and I would love to come back when the weather is warmer. This is a great place to stay while traveling alone or with a family. The lighting outside the units and walkways allow for peace of mind. There's a nice area to sit outside and enjoy a beverage or conversation with your other guests.

The space was clean and very comfortable, checking in and out went smoothly. Would definitely stay again.

Tammy was so sweet and welcoming. The space was cozy and so cute. Definitely an aesthetic. The bakery was just the cherry on top. Be sure to get your cinnamon rolls and a loaf of sourdough! ♥️

I stayed at Dan’s place for 2.5 months and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a long-term stay. Everything was exactly as described—or better—and the space felt like a true home away from home. Dan was a fantastic host: responsive, thoughtful, and respectful of privacy. Any time I had a question or needed something, he was quick to help without being intrusive. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with easy access to everything I needed. Whether you’re staying short-term or long-term, I highly recommend Dan’s place. I’d absolutely stay here again!

WOW!!! We had never stayed in a Bed & Breakfast before and let me tell ya, it was such a wonderful experience!! Everything was absolutely perfect! We stayed in the Floyd Room and it was so nice & cozy. The bed was comfortable with nice linens, bathroom was big and very clean. In fact the whole home/property was very nice, and had a nice area for our dog. Breakfast was delicious, you could tell it was made with all their heart. Last but not least….the hosts….they were so friendly & nice, very accommodating. You can tell they love doing what they do. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This is my second time staying at Sule’s place, and it will be my go-to place anytime I visit Leadville. I came to Leadville for the Leadville 100 and her place was very comfortable, clean and convenient. The place is great, but it is her kindness and hospitality that really makes you feel welcome!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and so comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit. Sarah was kind and welcoming and made sure we felt right at home. We had a great time at two of the nearby wineries and appreciated Sarah’s recommendations. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved staying at Michelle’s. It was very comfortable and convenient for us. My daughter and 6 grandkids live 1 block away. So it’s very walkable during nice weather. Neighborhood is very safe. This home is in the historic district and very close to the Square, which has a courthouse and many cute shops and restaurants around the square. Michelle’s place is very comfortable and decorated cute. We will now call this our home away from home. Whenever we need a place to stay when visiting the grandchildren! Michelle’s son was also very nice and helpful during our stay , shoveled the snow off the walkway! Thank you!

Susan was an amazing hostess! It was great getting breakfast delivered each morning. The food was delicious….. especially the chocolate chip cookies! Would stay here again!

My stay at The Painted Lady was amazing. The location was right off the bike trail and the host had safe storage for cycling gear. The room was lovely and breakfast couldn’t have been better!
