Located at the waterfront , it offers direct access to the pond from the enclosed, shaded garden. The house is located 2 km from the beach. It sleeps 6 people, air-conditioned, composed of a living room with a very well-equipped modern kitchen, three bedrooms , two bathrooms and a covered terrace, very pleasant for meals.
