An excellent experience! The accommodation was super clean and very cozy, exactly as shown in the photos (or even better!). You could see the care in every detail, from the impeccable bedding to the little touches that made you feel at home. The communication with the host was quick and very friendly. Definitely a place I'd go back to without thinking. Highly recommended!

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Sonia is an amazing host! She was very helpful all the time, so we could feel like home. Sonia prepared very detailed instructions on 'how to find anything/logistics'. She also written an Oviedo guide to help you navigate between must-see sights and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean with everyting you need. The parking garage is just around the corner and was a great bonus since parking in Oviedo is not an easy task. Thank you a lot, Sonia!

The apartment is very nice, totally renovated and as shown in the photos. It has an excellent location, in the center, which allows you to walk to all the areas of interest in the city. It is very quiet, no noise is heard from outside and it has a beautiful view of the city and mountains. It has been recently remodeled with good taste and everything works perfectly. We recommend it!

The stay in Luisa's apartment was very pleasant. She made us feel right at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Oviedo. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in Oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. Luisa is very flexible with check-in and check-out times. 100% recommended apartment

The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.

What a great stay we had in Amaya’s beautiful property. The apartment was perfect - clean, convenient, well located. Amaya is a fantastic host who met us and explained everything in the apartment and she then shared great City info. Parking underground 30 meters away was a huge bonus. The City was glorious, go dine n Sideria! Muchas gracias Amaya!

Laura was an amazing host! Her place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

Julia and David treated us very well. We had difficulties on arrival that made us enter later than usual and David was waiting for us, in addition, they left us some details as a courtesy. The apartment is as shown in the photos, the terrace is fine, tiny, but it's good to have a drink and enjoy the views. It's 10 minutes from downtown, so you can walk there without a problem. The parking lot is a bit narrow to get out of, but you get used to it. Nice place and nice hosts.

Let me start off by saying, Maite is absolutely wonderful. She’s accommodating, and she’s available all hours of the day. The apartment is a gem. It’s clean, it’s modern, and in an incredible location. A block and a half away from San Francisco Park and 10 mins away from the heart of the city. And it’s incredibly comfortable. The shower is great & the bed is the most comfortable bed, I’ve ever slept it. Highly recommended! N

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

We absolutely loved Elena’s apartment. If we could give it more than five stars we would! The apartment was clean, fresh, and beautiful. It contained everything that we needed. The location is on a pedestrian street with shops, cafes, and amazing restaurants nearby. Elena was extremely responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay there again when we return to Aviles.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at picabel. The location is quiet and has a beautiful view over the mountains. Perfect to relax. A car is necessary to get to the location, but it's perfect spot to depart from for different hikes in the neighborhood. Parking is also foreseen at the location. The jacuzzi is a nice addition to the airbnb. Our host was very responsive and welcoming.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!

Very good location and close to the ski resort. Cozy apartment and everything as described. Good heating. Ivan was always very available from the start. The only downside is not having Wi-Fi.

Everything was great. Mayte is an excellent host who is always available to help you with whatever you need. And of course, the views from the terrace are stunning. Without a doubt, if we had to return to the area, we would repeat.
