Beautiful apartment, very close to the old city centre

Carmen provides a home-away-from-home experience with lots of extras and a generous amount of edibles in the fridge to get started with. Unfortunately the wi-fi was down because the neighbour had damaged the cable but we easily worked around that with mobiles and wi-fi from local establishments. Thanks for making us feel welcome.

Sonia is an amazing host! She was very helpful all the time, so we could feel like home. Sonia prepared very detailed instructions on 'how to find anything/logistics'. She also written an Oviedo guide to help you navigate between must-see sights and local restaurants. The apartment is very clean with everyting you need. The parking garage is just around the corner and was a great bonus since parking in Oviedo is not an easy task. Thank you a lot, Sonia!

Julia and David treated us very well. We had difficulties on arrival that made us enter later than usual and David was waiting for us, in addition, they left us some details as a courtesy. The apartment is as shown in the photos, the terrace is fine, tiny, but it's good to have a drink and enjoy the views. It's 10 minutes from downtown, so you can walk there without a problem. The parking lot is a bit narrow to get out of, but you get used to it. Nice place and nice hosts.

The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. In addition, Gema was super friendly and helpful at all times, which made us feel at home.

The stay in Luisa's apartment was very pleasant. She made us feel right at home. The apartment is located in a very quiet neighborhood, a 10-15 minute walk from downtown Oviedo. The apartment has everything you need to spend a few days in Oviedo, it also has a small shared patio where you can have a coffee. The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to the city center. All appliances are in good condition. I highly recommend it to those who enjoy high-tech amenities, especially the auto-check-in system. Although we were locked out of our room with no one came to open the door with a physical key during the power outage, as all doors can only be opened with electronic code locks. Anyway, who knows if we will meet the power outage! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oviedo and thank you to the host.

Carlos's apartment had a fantastic location, close to everything and without any noise. Carlos is a great host, always attentive to what we needed and who gave us great recommendations for our visit. We were also looked for a very comfortable parking space and very close to the apartment, which helped us a lot in our arrival.

A spectacular apartment, comfortable, everything new, all the amenities you can imagine. Mariam is a pleasant woman, they left us breakfast for the entire stay, sweets and cookies for the children. If I go back to Oviedo, I'll go back to Benjamin's.

The apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Gijón, with cafes, restaurants, shops, and the beach all just a short walk away. The neighborhood had a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and Laura was always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to return the next time we’re in Gijón!

The apartment is perfect, I really loved our stay there. Very clean, bright and modern. The host Ruben was great, very friendly and helpful! Some highlights worth mentioning: - lots of different light sources: lamps, bulbs with warm light, LED lights behind the TV, even electric fireplace; it makes the place so cozy - stunning view; all windows overlook the city and mountains, not walls of the nearby house - our stay was quite long, about 3 weeks, and there were lots of spare towels and the change of bed linen, it was a very nice touch - all appliances were modern and new - perfect location

Magnificent apartment in a privileged location. Close to the best restaurants, supermarket just 2 minutes away. Magnificent terrace where we could have our meals despite the rains, thanks to the awning. Kitchen with everything you need and more to spend multi-day stays. Honestly spectacular. And I would repeat every time I travel to Oviedo.

The house is very conveniently located, close to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the port. It's completely renovated, and it's identical to how it appears in the photos. There's a supermarket right next door, a bakery... Having a garage is a relief because it would be very difficult to park on the street. I really liked it and I was very comfortable.

We had a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, even with small children. Unfortunately, we were almost never able to park on the street as all parking spaces were always occupied. We had to park about 7 minutes (walking distance). Otherwise, everything was really perfect!
