Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

Roxana has a most beautiful, clean, modern place - one of the absolute best we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is great (quiet street due to a school across the street), walkable, surrounded by great places to eat, and very close to public transit. We would not hesitate to stay again if we find ourselves in Madrid!

I’ve stayed at quite a few airbnbs, but this was definitely one of my favorites. Víctor was a wonderful host and communicated very clearly, including pictures which allowed for a super smooth check in. There was so much attention to detail which made us feel right at home. Best of all - so quiet in the apartment despite being in a GREAT location for tourist activities. Would highly recommend to anyone!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful place and outstanding service. Place is a bit like a hotel room as they say...but it is extremely well laid out. Very thoughtful. Down to even having plenty of coffee. Outreach was wonderful. Jorge was amazing in his communications. At this apartment, you are in an amazing part of town with tons of outstanding restaurants nearby/ The Gran Villa just a few blocks away. We will definitely rent here again next time in Madrid.

Fantastic spot in a fantastic location. As described with great amenities and very clean. Housed our group of 4 adults and 2 children with ease. There is some nearby construction ongoing with materials being staged out front, but did not significantly impact our stay. Highly recommend this place. Extremely walkable to all parts of the city, great nearby restaurants/bars, metro station across the street, great little balcony overlooking Plaza de Tirso de Molina. Host very responsive. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

El alojamiento de Marta, nos gustó mucho, es grande, limpio, ordenado, tiene todo lo necesario, incluso algunas cosas para la cocina, café, está bien ubicado, estación del metro a 200 metros, cerca de restaurantes y minimarket. Miguel es un excelente anfitrión, siempre amable y comunicativo y lo mejor de todo que fue flexible con el check Ing, esto nos ayudó mucho, gracias por todo!! Seguro que regresaría al mismo lugar, muy recomendable

El lugar es increíble, la ubicación es perfecta si tu plan es conocer no solo Madrid sino también España ya que la conectividad con el transporte de trenes, aeropuerto y los lugares más emblemáticos de Madrid. Hay supermercados a menos de un bloque, parques y opciones gastronómicas muy buenas alrededor. Y si te gusta caminar llegarás a los sitios más concurridos en unos minutos. El departamento es simplemente cómodo, el ambiente se siente como si estuvieras en casa. Todo funcionando a la perfección. Durante la noche es un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Definitivamente volvería a hospedarme en este lugar. (Excelente para estar con familia)

The apartment was cozy and clean, located in a great spot in the center of Madrid. Daniel was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay. The only drawback was the limited amount of hot water—it was only enough for a quick shower, which felt a bit restrictive, especially while traveling. Overall, though, we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Besonders die gut ausgestattete Küche hat es uns leicht gemacht, jeden Morgen ein leckeres Frühstück zuzubereiten. Alles war sehr sauber, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ein großes Plus war die Waschmaschine mit Trockner, die wir uns mit anderen Mietern teilen konnten – praktisch und unkompliziert. Das Bett war für zwei Personen etwas klein, aber für unsere 10 Tage in Madrid hat es ausgereicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal – zentral, mit vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe. Der Vermieter Max war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er hat uns beim Check-in alles ausführlich erklärt und später per Nachricht weitere wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Madrid!

Este piso esta muy bien ubicado, la zona es céntrica, tranquila, el autobús pasa por la calle donde esta el piso y tiene un Mercadona a una cuadra. Pablo es muy amable, amistoso y siempre estuvo pendiente de si teníamos alguna duda. El piso como tal estaba muy limpio y teníamos todo lo necesario para pasar unas buenas vacaciones. 100% recomendado.

The space was absolutely stunning! Modern, spacious and full of thoughtful amenities, exactly as pictured in the listing. The hosts are amazingly responsive and so helpful. From the balcony/terrace, to the full washer and dryer, our stay was homey and very comfortable. The hosts even left us a water carafe in the refrigerator. Would absolutely stay here again and again! My only gripe would be that the building lacks an elevator, but once you’re inside the apartment, you don’t even remember. Just don’t forget anything downstairs lol Thank you to our gracious hosts!

Cette maison est un enchantement. Située dans un quartier calme et apaisant, elle est en même temps très proche en métro ou en bus de tous les sites à visiter ( Prado, musée Reina Sofia, Palais Royal, parc Retiro...). Tout y est pensé pour le bien-être et la douceur de vivre. Dans un style industriel magique, Gustavo a réussi un petit miracle de beauté et d'originalité. Le confort est total: lits, serviettes de bain , cuisiné... Nos trois petits enfants ont été émerveillés par la salle de sport et le jardin. Et que dire de la gentillesse et de l'accueil de Gustavo et Thanh? Jamais, dans aucun airbnb, nous n'avions été reçus ainsi... Gentillesse, cordialité, efficacité, ainsi qu'un superbe bouquet de fleurs pour notre anniversaire de mariage ! Cette maison restera gravée dans notre mémoire, c'est le plus bel airbnb où nous ayons séjourné...

Awesome centrally located apartment for our family's first visit to Madrid. Seriously, the location could not be better! Very comfortable layout with cool balcony view of Calle Mayor. Apartment is very clean, modern, and nicely appointed. Bedroom/bathroom layout was perfect for our family of 5, as no one felt cramped and there was plenty of room to lounge around and relax during down times. The host was great with communication leading up to our stay (helped arrange a luggage locker near the apartment since we arrived very early) and even let us check in a little early to rest our jet-lagged bodies. Really appreciated his thorough orientation and local recommendations for food and entertainment. While the access to the apartment and 3 barriers of entry (outside lobby door then 2 additional doors to the apartment) were initially cumbersome, I came to appreciate it by the end of our stay - made us feel very safe and secure in a large, bustling city. Great apartment! Highly recommend!

Igor's place was the perfect place for our small family. We spent the week in Spain with Madrid as our base. The apartment has everything needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. There is a coffee shop just down the road and a supermarket around the corner. The apartment is well-located in the Las Letras neighborhood. Would highly recommend staying here. When we return to Madrid, we will surely look to stay at Igor's place again.

We hebben enorm genoten van deze plek. Ruim royaal appartement voor ons drietjes - 2 slaapkamers, badkamers - alles fris en schoon. De ruimte maakt het tot een fijn verblijf. De plek erg centraal in Madrid, alles goed beloopbaar. Echt een aanrader!
