Townhome vacation rentals in Arès

An extremely rare level of service. I travel regularly, I use Booking or Airbnb to find my accommodations. I put it on the same level as a duplex that I rented in Aix en Provence 8th floor double orientation overlooking the Montagne Ste Victoire... This Bordeaux address deserves 5 stars for the design and layout of the very large living room that opens onto a south/south east facing garden ideal for dinner under the stars. Thanks to the air conditioning, the comfort of the floor is perfect for serene nights. The calm of the surroundings ensures a stay in total calm. Not to mention the pool not very large but which allows you to cool off on summer evenings (I'll have to come back to enjoy it). And finally, unbeatable value for money and the relationship with hosts based on mutual trust. A summit 👍

It was a lovely place,well equipped and spacious. It is walking distance to the beach and the town shops which was great. It was very hot and so it would have been much better to have a top sheet rather than duvet…maybe these could be left in the linen cupboard? We also had to rush straight away to the supermarket to buy dishwasher tabs,rubbish bags etc so a few of these would have been very helpful.

Very nice stay, Florence is accommodating and very responsive. Accommodation with all the comforts of home and very clean, very conveniently located. I would recommend this place without a problem.

Such a lovely place, we really enjoyed our stay. Not a huge amount to do in the immediate area (we did not have a car with us) but the house itself is gorgeous and a lovely place to chill out. The place would benefit from a couple of small essentials to make things easier for guests (eg. Towels, kettle, dishwasher detergent, olive oil and salt and pepper etc.) but otherwise was an amazing place with plenty at our disposal. It’s a great house for kids: open plan, travel cot and bedding provided, very cute kids’ bedroom and Anne was kind enough to let our daughter use the toys at the house too.

We had a great weekend with friends, in a nice house, located close to the city center and in a peaceful area.

We had a super nice and relaxing holiday in the beautiful accommodation. It was nice and quiet and it was quick and easy to get to the beach and the town by bike. On the way back, you have to pedal up the hill a bit :) The communication with Guenaëlle was perfect - very friendly and quick response to questions and concerns. We would love to come back. Impeccable accommodation, everything was perfect: communication with Véronique, quiet location, very comfortable, very clean, detailed information on the equipment, good places to visit in the area and pleasant little touches… in short: only positive and no complaints!

Laurence was a friendly responsive host. House was well equipped for our short break. Location was peaceful but with good access to public transport. We had a great break enjoying the delights of Bordeaux

Jacques contacted us 72 hours before our arrival to explain in detail all the elements we needed The house is ideally located (we were 15/20 minutes from the main selected points of interest: Dune du Pilat, La Teste de Buch, Cap Ferret, Arcachon, Biscarrosse) and for our grandson 8 minutes from the Coccinelle amusement park! Quiet and nearby shops. In conclusion, a very pleasant stay with summer weather (21/23 degrees with lots of sunshine). Recommended place.

Very well located accommodation to radiate around the pool, go to Bordeaux, Lacanau... The house is spacious, well arranged and pleasant. Quiet environment. Good communication with Stéphane. Recommended!

Great stay at Leila's villa! The location is perfect, right next to the Pier de la Chapelle on a very quiet street The villa is extremely well equipped (exactly as described on the site), very functional and ready to host! Everything is well explained in a small book and Leila had left us a message offering us to reach her in case of pb, which was not the case There were 10 of us, never on top of each other (3SDB) and the kitchen is really very well equipped!!! We'll be happy to go back with pleasure!!!!

We spent 2 weeks in Annie’s home and enjoyed every minute of it. Annie & Daniel greeted us when we arrived and showed us around. She was quick to respond to any questions we had later. The home is centrally located, spacious and nicely decorated with interesting pieces of art from around the world. We rented bikes for 7 days and were impressed with the beautiful extensive bike paths all around the city and into the countryside. We highly recommend Annie’s home when visiting Bordeaux

Family home with lots of charm located on a very quiet street, a short walk to the shopping streets and the beach. Emmanuelle and Myriam were very available and friendly to meet our expectations. Perfect house for a stay with family.

Very well located accommodation close to all shops. The distribution of the rooms is perfect and the small terrace is very nice for a good evening. Top-notch amenities and impeccable cleanliness. i recommend it!

We spent one week vacation in Maisa's accommodation in a quiet and peaceful residence, close to Lacanau Lake, just 10 minutes by bike and 40 minutes from the ocean (driving properly). The house is very well equipped, comfortable, convenient, bikes available, a barbecue. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus, I highly recommend this accommodation as well as the environment. There are very good places nearby and many bike paths. We were 5 adults and a child; Maisa also provided toys for the child which is lovely.

A lovely home in a quiet location, about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and a parking space. It was clean, cosy, private, and comfortable. Marie-Dominique was welcoming and helpful when we needed it.

We had a great time at Irene's place! Everything matched the listing perfectly. The calm and the environment were very nice. The small outdoor area is very nice and we were able to chat with Irene who was lovely and full of good advice. The interior and amenities of the place are of quality and we felt very comfortable in it. We would recommend it without hesitation to other travelers for 2-3 people who want to visit this beautiful area and have a great little pied-a-terre.

We had a great stay at this place! Everything was perfectly tidy, very clean, and the location is ideal: only 5 minutes walk to the beach and in close proximity to an ALDI for affordable shopping. The hosts were very welcoming, and it went smoothly. However, we noticed some smells of sewage coming up in the small residence, especially in the bedroom of 4. Despite this small inconvenience, we recommend this listing for its comfort and location.
