Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Arès

We had a wonderful time at Françoise and Stéphane's, very friendly hosts who welcomed us with nice little welcome gifts. The accommodation is super comfortable, very clean, perfect bedding, fully equipped kitchen, very well equipped terrace. The accommodation is located in a very quiet and therefore very appreciable environment. Easy access to the city center and the beach. Perfect stay for us .

Beautiful house in wood cladding typical of the basin on two floors with 3 large bedrooms on the ground floor tastefully decorated, one with shower room and a common shower room and toilet. The upstairs living space is ultra comfortable and cozy with views of the canopy and pretty wooden terrace. Complete kitchen equipment and utensils. It felt like home. One of the best AIRBNBs we've ever done! The place is in a very quiet area and close to the center of the village of Arès and the oyster port where you can enjoy seafood and sip a wonderful fresh Entre deux Mers. Notice to amateurs 😉

We had a great week at this home in Ares. We had a very nice and friendly welcome. We visited the house together and were able to have all the helpful directions. We had very good exchanges together thanks to the great kindness of the hosts. An environmental point of view and sightseeing, we just had a great time. The area is beautiful and what about oysters… to fall! In particular the numbers 4 of the Pasquet d 'Ares house. In short, the vacation we were looking forward to and we were delighted. Great stay at this little house where all the spaces are optimized. It feels like home. Bed linen possible on request, it's very convenient and everything is very clean. Quitterez is very responsive to responses and everything is very clear for check-in and checkout. Bikes are kindly made available, there is something for the whole family! I highly recommend this place.

A very nice little cottage with a much larger garden than expected. We felt super comfortable. Ares is a perfect starting point for excursions and in the small oyster harbor there are oysters for direct sale every day and beautiful restaurants, especially at the end of the harbor overlooking the basin. We rented bikes, which is quite possible there. Very nice and 100% recommended accommodation for families.

Adored the property and the attention to every detail..its extremely comfortable both inside and out. The area is extremely peaceful and a lovely walk across the park (with lift) to reach town centre/beach and ferry for Cap Ferret. Plenty of local restaurants and lovely daily market to buy fresh food. Parc ornithologique is a lovely area to visit and Dunes are astonishing..despite being busy every day there was plenty of relaxation. Merci beaucoup.

The apartment is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and welcoming. The bed was large and comfortable with crisp but soft sheets. There was fresh water, condiments and all you needed to settle in for a short or long stay. I loved the location looking at the grand church across the road. The tram was only a few metres away. Lots of food shops, bars and cafes. In short, it was perfect for my one week stay. Thank you.

My stay at Etienne's went very well. The setting is truly idyllic, the views are incredible. The accommodation is clean and well decorated, it feels at home. Would love to come back.

Paulin's place was perfect. A short walk from the pool and close to everything by bike. The bikes available are a real plus! Paulin was a very hospitable host before and during our stay. We will most certainly come back, whether it's to stay or just to enjoy its delicious bread:)

A true haven of peace close to beaches and good restaurants. The accommodation is nice and has everything you need to cook easily.

We had a great weekend in Arcachon. The apartment is very functional, the bedding is very good quality. The balcony overlooking the park is lovely. The residence is very clean and in a good location. Dominique took the time to advise us on our arrival on tours and restaurants. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Great stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple, with a child. The bedding is comfortable, there is almost everything to spend a beautiful week. Relaxing bathroom, small balcony perfect for dining. Private parking space but I admit we were lucky that the building is almost deserted, access to the square with a large car can be complicated. The location is ideal, about 20 minutes walk from the center We are starting to host next year's vacation and have already found our Airbnb Check-out is autonomous, after returning the apartment as we arrived: perfect!

Lucie is very responsive and reachable. we had a great long weekend, perfect for relaxing from big cities. Do it again without hesitation.

Very well located apartment (on the beach and close to the city center by bike), well arranged and well equipped. We were able to enjoy the balcony which is nice (and perfectly oriented to enjoy the sunset). Parking space and bikes are very appreciable. Our host was very responsive and we were welcomed by his parents who were lovely and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Delighted with our short stay in Richard's studio which is very clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. It is in a very good location because it is at the foot of the beach and shops. The small terrace is lovely. Richard is very professional, considerate and responsive.

The place is great. Bed was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. We were in the accommodation out of season and had virtually no neighbors! Gaëlle is a super host who takes care of all occasions directly and always responds quickly. The sea is within a few minutes by car. The lake (Plage du Moutchic) is also just a few minutes away by car. The apartment has everything you need and is great for a longer stay. If you want to go to Bordeaux for a day, you can walk to the Marie Curie stop. The complex where the apartment is located is well maintained and even has a pool. Parking is available right outside the door. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but close to a beach, two bakeries, some bars and restaurants. The apartment is very nice and all the equipment is there for a comfortable stay. We liked the shower in particular. The apartment has a balcony and it is nice and cool even when it is hot outside. It is a half hour walk from the railway station and to the city centre. The walk to the city centre is very nice along the sea side. Sophie is very quick, adequate and kind in her information and response. There is a handout with information both in French and English. We have enjoyed our stay very much.
