Peaceful and elegant wooden accommodation of 85 m2, located in a very quiet area in Arès (close to beaches and shops), comprising 3 bedrooms with closets, a separate toilet, a bathroom, a large living room/living room of 35 m2 serving a large south facing wooden terrace overlooking the enclosed garden of 420 m2, as well as the necessary outdoor equipment (table and chairs, umbrella, barbecue)! And all without any overlook!
