It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... The house is a 10-minute bike ride from the Bay, 5 minutes from downtown Arès, and a 20-minute drive from the ocean. It consists of 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 double bed and 1 child bed, and a fourth bedroom with 2 140 x 190 bunk beds (bedroom for children or adults), a large bathroom and separate toilet, a kitchen open to the living room.
