It is a large apartment that is very well decorated, ideal for large groups or families. It has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom plus an extra full bathroom. The living room is spacious and bright with two balconies and a viewpoint. The kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment has air conditioning (throughout the house except bathrooms) and heating. It is located on the first floor without an elevator. The apartment is less than a minute's walk from the Antón Martín metro station. Although in some cases, you'll be able to check in sooner, just ask me. If you arrive after 9pm, there will be an overnight check-in fee of €20, payable at the time of check-in. If any inexpensive item is broken during normal use, such as a glass, plate, etc., we will not deduct anything from the deposit, but please let me know so I can replace it for the next guests.
