Vacation rentals with a balcony in Área Metropolitalitana y Corredor del Henares

Wonderful top floor duplex apartment. This unit has lift, It’s very convenient for those who travel with elderly and large luggages. This apartment located in the heart of Madrid old town, It’s surrounded by several tourist attractions within walking distance. The unit has 2 double bedrooms, one located on the main deck, another on the upper deck with private bathroom and outdoor balcony. On main deck there are living - dining area with sofa bed and another bathroom. This unit could accommodate up to 6 persons. La latina Metro station located nearby only 5 minutes away on foot. There are several supermarkets eg. Carrefour, Dia and good restaurants and bars nearby. Although this place located in the heart of old town but It’s surprisingly quiet, we have no issue with any noise at night. All furniture & bedding are well maintained. We have a wonderful stay here.

The place is very nice. GREAT location nearby restaurants and you can walk to the "center" or take a metro which is 5 min walk. Would book again, and highly recommend!

Absolutely perfect and cozy apartment. Super charming decorations, extremely clean, and had everything we needed inside (including coffee, sugar/salt/pepper, olive oil, etc). La Latina is a great neighborhood with tons of tavernas and restaurants, plus easily walkable to other great neighborhoods. Definitely up 3 flights of stairs, which we didn't find to be a problem. Note that neighbors smoke at the windows in the stairwells - we bought incense cones to cover the smell and left them in a kitchen drawer. Recommend you notify the host of your arrival time since they need to meet you to hand off the keys.

We had a fantastic family reunion in this big and beautiful apartment in the heart of amazing Madrid. There were 6 of us, and the space was perfect—very comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The location couldn’t be better, just steps from Gran Vía and close to everything we wanted to explore. The apartment has 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large living room, and a well-equipped kitchen—very convenient and ideal for a group. It had everything we needed and even more, making our stay incredibly easy and comfortable. A huge thank you to Liliana for her warm hospitality and responsiveness—she made everything smooth and welcoming. It was a truly relaxing and heart-warming experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Madrid!

FABULOUS! no wonder the property is in the top 5%. Miguel and Adrian created the best Madrid stay experience. Their apartment is functional, tastefully designed and curated. It’s the little details that create the perfect experience. Wonderful beds, super functional kitchen and bathrooms, fluffy towels, fresh fruit bowls, breakfast supplies, wine, juice, water, milk and Sangria! Our stay was truly wonderful! It’s only a few steps to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel.

Amazing stay! The location is perfect - walkable but also right across the street from the metro. The apartment was clean, spacious, and provided everything we could have needed! Carmen was easy to reach if needed and very flexible with our check in time. I would highly recommend this stay on your next trip to Madrid!

This place is beautiful! Just like the photos and so comfortable. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. This apartment is right above a very popular street for tapas so it can get a little loud late at night but we all easily slept through and we would absolutely stay here again.
