Elena fue una persona increíble. Desde el principio, sentí la calidez. Aunque solo me quedé un día, el lugar está cerca del aeropuerto, así que tomar un Bolt no es muy caro. Además, el lugar se ve mejor en persona que en las fotos. Es muy limpio y lo recomiendo mucho.

Para nós foi uma ótima estadia, as indicações foram muito claras e precisas, os hosts estavam sempre atentos nos perguntando se tudo estava bem e sempre nos respondendo quando precisávamos, é ótimo para quem precisa de um lugar apenas como repouso e banho. O espaço é pequeno (como uma suite de hotel), conta com ar condicionado, água quente, localização excelente, tem alguns talheres, copos, taças, pratos, frigobar, maquina nespresso, uma área ao ar livre e um micro-ondas para comidas rápidas.

Staying at this rental in Madrid was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was not only centrally located, with multiple subway stations just steps away but also within easy reach of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots the city has to offer. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony—it was the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the city. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, offering excellent service and helpful local recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this gem in the heart of Madrid!

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Espaço organizado, limpo e próximo da Puerta del Sol e Gran Via. Gostamos muito de ficar o fim de semana no apartamento de Fran e Isabel e voltaríamos a nos hospedar! Obrigado!

Excelente apartamento, a 10 min caminando de la gran vía y con una tienda para comprar lo necesario al frente y dos estaciones del metro a menos de 2 min, incluyendo la que te lleva al aeropuerto. Me volvería a quedar en el apartamento sin pensarlo.

Apartamento precios y moderno. La ubicación perfecta para visitar Madrid. Al lado hay supermercados, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Francisco muy amable y atento.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively bars, delicious restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket just around the corner. It made everything so easy and convenient for our family of five. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. There was plenty of space for all of us, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was safe and welcoming, and we loved being able to explore Madrid on foot. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in the city — especially for families!

Alojamiento perfecto para disfrutar de la ciudad o cualquier evento. Muy céntrico, limpio, amplio y cómodo. Los anfitriones fueron muy atentos y amables, me ayudaron desde el primer momento en mis dudas y peticiones.

La locación es muy buena, se puede llegar a muchos lugares caminando, muchas posibilidades para comer. Y muy tranquilo para dormir. Las camas muy confortables. Volveremos seguramente
