We really enjoyed our stay! Taking the bus to and from Florence was very convenient. Location was great to be a little removed from the crowds and we really liked the coffee shop around the corner. One day we took the bus to do some wine tours in Chianti. Stefania was very kind and friendly. We would stay here again!

Fluvio’s apartment was exactly as described, nicely furnished, very spacious, nicely equipped and decorated. Host communicated with us all the time and was always available whenever we needed any informations or recommendations about literally anything in Florence. Great view at a driveway overlooking charming Tuscan hills. We had a nice and relaxing stay, would definitely recommend it and come back. The only thing is if you’re coming with a bigger car be cautious because roads can be very narrow.

We loved our stay at Palazzina Maresa and wish we stayed longer than two days! Eugenio was an incredible host and met us upon arrival. He explained the history of the space and provided incredible recommendations for Florence. The space is absolutely beautiful, inspiring, and we loved the garden terrace in the backyard. We will definitely stay in one of his properties again when we revisit Florence!

Elly was an amazing host. She came by the apartment and showed us maps and recommendations for Florence. The apartment itself was clean and as advertised. It was really nice to be able to do laundry while on our trip. Highly recommend!
