Discover the enormous cultural offerings contained in this cozy environment: art, music, and history books, musical instruments, paintings, and prints. All in an extremely welcoming atmosphere. It will be your refuge for moments of intense emotions. The apartment is on the second floor, with elevator, of a new building. It is very bright, consists of a spacious entrance with a built-in wardrobe, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with a large shower. In the living room there is a comfortable double bed that can be converted into a sofa and an armchair bed. The apartment is functionally and elegantly furnished, as shown in the attached photographs. Guests who love music and reading are offered a rich selection of books of different types (including tourist guides and art books), vinyl records and CDs of classical, jazz, and "light" music. The apartment is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, electric coffee maker, juicer, iron, ironing board, clothes rack, hairdryer, kettle and vacuum cleaner. Equipped with air conditioning, heating and condominium hot water, it has a free high-speed Wi-Fi connection, a large TV and a vinyl record and CD player. Guests can use the entire apartment without restrictions. On my part, my friend Jan and other trusted people will be very helpful to make your stay in Florence as pleasant as possible. The apartment is located near the Boboli Gardens, which can be crossed on foot until you reach Palazzo Pitti, near Ponte Vecchio. At the beginning of Via Romana there is another stop with several buses including the n.11 that goes to the center. The tourist tax, requested by the Municipality of Florence, of 2.50 euros per person per night (for a maximum of seven nights, excluding children under 12 years of age) is included in the price of the apartment. The price of the apartment as already specified, includes the initial linen for the house, towels and sheets. For check-in after 8:00 p.m., there is an extra charge of 10 euros upon arrival and 15 euros after 10:00 p.m. As for personal documents, identity card or passport, required by the Florence Police Headquarters, it is preferable to send the data (document number, place and date of issue and expiration) by email upon acceptance of your reservation. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.
