From both rooms, with windows that will make you see the magic and grandeur of the Hoz from a sixth floor. The accommodation has a total of 2 bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. The accommodation also has a second full bathroom for guests' privacy

Ideal for couples. Old town. New and quiet

Cozy, bright and quiet apartment, located in the old town of Cuenca. It is in an ideal location, very close to the Plaza Mayor, the Casas Colgadas (Hanging Houses) and the San Pablo Bridge on one side, and the city's tapas and leisure area on the other. During Holy Week, you can fully enjoy the processions from your balcony. It has a tourist housing license for four people (double bed and 1.40m sofa bed) but it is ideal for a couple.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with white finishes, complemented by a wooden countertop. Appliances include a stovetop, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Ample natural light is provided by a nearby window. Cooking utensils and a basin are neatly arranged for convenient use.

Cozy apartment in the old town: San Juan 24

Apartment located halfway between the beginning of the old town and downtown. Ideal for visiting Cuenca on foot. Next to the UIMP and the music conservatory. Close to leisure areas, tapas... Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.

The house has everything you need cozy very comfortable bed and is located very close to good routes to enjoy the mountains of Cuenca. Very kind Jesús and his daughter Macarena. I recommend it 100%

Gustavo and Marina were attentive to what we needed. We called them about a little problem and they came right away. It was a luxury to have been able to spend a couple of days there as a family

Plenty of bedrooms, fairly large living room and dining. Bathroom clean and ample. Cuenca is a great city to visit; very walkable, and great old part. Alfonso’s place is very nice, but it is a third floor walk up without an elevator. Parking is tough in this town, but in Alfonso’s neighborhood we always found a spot (not so for downtown).

Amazing stay at Pilar’s place in Valdecabras. Very quiet, peaceful small town with some good hikes in the nearby areas. The living space and kitchen are both well equipped and it is is easy to feel at home at Pilar’s place. Thank you again Pilar!
