It was one of the most beautiful houses we have stayed in. The view was perfect and the house was very clean and had everything. It is located 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the area. The owner's mother welcomed us and she was very sweet and helpful. If we come to Kalamata again, we will definitely stay here!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicoletta’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal, close to restaurants, bakeries and the neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even providing local tips, restaurants , and things to do. Every little detail was clearly considered to ensure a great experience. I especially appreciated the balcony view. Would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Charming traditional home with breathtaking views from the balcony — truly a hidden gem in Pragmatefti near Leonidio. Every morning (and night) felt magical. The house has an authentic, warm feel that made us feel right at home. Communication with Mina was more than perfect — friendly, prompt, and helpful throughout. Would definitely return!

2 weeks of magical waterfront vacation. The house is very functional and the sea view terrace is fantastic. The hosts are very available and have offered us daily activities or restaurants on several occasions. I highly recommend this property for holidays in Leonidio!

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. Due to illness that necessitated returning home, I could not use this property. However, Christina did everything necessary for my brother and his girl friend to stay here. Christina could not have been more helpful and pleasant throughout the entire experience.

From start to finish, our stay was absolutely brilliant. Marika was lovely and helpful for us throughout- altered the check in time due to our early arrival from the ferry. She left us bathing towels and Mats for us to use at the beach- we didn’t expect, but came in very handy. The flat was stunning- beautiful views from the window and front patio, literally a stone throw to the beach- incredible. The place was peaceful and In walking distance to the more lively areas around Skala. We loved our time here and would definitely recommend. Thanks for having us.

We had a wonderful stay at Argiris place. It is located in a quiet area close to groceries and not far from city center. It was clean and functional for our family. Argiris has been very helpful and provided wonderful recommandations.

We really enjoyed our stay. Yes, the stairs are lot - but the space, location, and view were all worth it. The street is pretty bustling and you can hear some music but it’s a really fun and safe atmosphere too and we loved being able to both cook at the flat, and also explore the different bars and restaurants. The beach right across the street was excellent and we loved relaxing there.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. The apartment is perfect and has everything you need. It’s spotless and so well equipped. The view is outstanding ! The views from this place alone justify the booking. In one direction is Palamidi and the other is a mountain sunset. Stunning views from a humongous balcony. The home had everything necessary, including convenient cooking wares. Everything in town is easily within walking distance. We loved the place and would definitely book again.

Nancy was there waiting to show us into the apartment. She was kind and gave us the information we needed and was very communicative via Airbnb site. The apartment is very spacious with a separate bedroom, living room/kitchen, bathroom. Everything was clean and well kept. The AC in the living room and bedroom worked great. We bought groceries and were able to cook breakfast in the kitchen every day. We had all the necessities we needed and lacked nothing. The location was in a quiet neighborhood, which was great for sleeping at night. We actually did not see any people coming and going so it felt like we had the whole building to ourselves. I felt very safe as well. It was within walking distance to food and old town. We had a car rental and there was a free spot to park right next to the building for us. I cannot find a negative thing to say about this apartment. I highly recommend it.

Apartment was perfect for us. Comfortable, spacious and great balcony. A short stroll to shops, Wednesday and Saturday market and old town. Host were very helpful. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay just outside Porto Heli. Ornella met us on the first day and showed us the way in from the village, or else we’d possibly never have found it! She was incredibly welcoming and the apartment was as expected and described- what a stunningly peaceful location with all the amenities one needs and beautifully kept gardens. This place was perfect & just what we needed for a one night stay. The only thing I didn’t like was there was no listing about check out instructions (ie: if we had to strip the beds, empty garbages, etc). But other than that it was great.

Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it
