We really enjoyed staying at. Xenia’s home. The porch on the sea side has such a beautiful view. We got lost since it was getting dark but she guided all the way to the home. She and her husband were very helpful, polite and patient. The home has everything you will need. There are beach’s and places to get food nearby. The highway is below the house but all the windows and doors have electric shades that cover and blocks any noise. The beds were very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep both nights. Simply, we loved our stay at Xenia’s. There are several places to visit just a short drive away. We will be back!!

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

Very convenient accommodation to visit Kalamata (10min drive from the center). Quiet neighborhood, parking space available, clean and with all the necessities. Attention, to find the accommodation, it is not necessary to follow the address on Airbnb but the one on the site sent in a private message (20 Καποδιστρίου, Paralia Vergas, Greece, 241 00). The hot tub is more a large bathtub but is nice for 2 people maximum.

Wonderful, spacey place with unique and tasteful interior and decor located in a lovely, quiet village, within an easy access to wild rocky beaches and beautiful views.

Constantinos is a great host, always communicating proactively. The place is exactly what you see at the photos, cosy and peaceful with a nice view.

We stayed a week in Maria and Angelo's little studio house. It's peaceful, private and charming, a moment's walk through their own olive grove from their house. Although they are so close, they leave you in complete privacy but are there in case of need. Maria also offered us lovely 'gifts' of food during the week, perhaps some soup she'd made, or some cheese pie, a jar of olives. Both were very helpful regarding local things to see, beaches etc. We usually walked into Ermioni (6 or 7 mins) to the little shops and harbour for coffee or to the south side of the peninsula for superb swimming and lovely restaurants. The house itself is not for lovers of sleek minimalism; it is thoroughly immersed in Greek tradition and charm. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom is fuctional and it is a very small kitchen area and we did not cook much.The seating area outside is delightful. We will return.

I stayed here while my father was receiving care at the university hospital in Rio, and the house was a blessing. The drive was convenient, the location was beautiful, the garden and house were a private and peaceful refuge for resting and recuperating. The fireplace was a lovely addition in the cool evenings, and the dogs were very happy in the fully fenced and large garden, as well as walking around in the quiet countryside. There were many thoughtful and tasteful touches to the space, many places to sit in the garden, a very well equipped kitchen, and all was spotlessly clean. Differently to many other Airbnbs, the house was thoroughly equipped with everything one might want in one's own home, and had the feeling of a space the owners have chosen to appoint well, perhaps for their own use also. I couldn't really have asked for anything more, and was sorry to leave such a restful space! They also were very flexible with adjusting the reservation given our unusual circumstances.

We loved staying here for our visit. We cooked a lot and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is beautiful in the mountains and the view from the porch is unmatched! It’s about a 20-25 min drive to the closest city Gytheio but not too bad. There’s lots to explore! Would stay here again!

Beautiful and quiet cottage with a large garden with citrus trees and olive trees around. We were in mid-May and then there is still little in operation in the immediate vicinity. At 10 minutes drive (towards Nafplion) there are some restaurants and then 10 minutes further you are in Nafplion itself. Cottage was well equipped. The living room is a basic space. Entrance is like a (automatic, remote control) lockable gate and entering is easy with a lockbox. Communication was already through the AirBnB.

I've stayed here many times, it's perfectly as described and as seen in the photos. Thank you as always. ❤️

Marina's cottage is just great! It has everything you need and is very lovingly furnished. The garden with barbecue and beautiful evening lighting is a highlight. A beautiful footpath leads to the harbor of the small town, passing a small amphitheater and other excavations. You can reach taverns and cafes overlooking the sea in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have stayed longer and highly recommend it

The house is very clean and very well-equipped, with a large, pleasant, shaded terrace. Ideal place to relax in absolute peace while still close to Epidaurus, Nafplio and the sea

Great, large and well equipped apartment in quiet little village. Super terrace with sea view. Necessary in the village (pharmacy, bakery, mini market, few tavernas, kiosk, pebble beach), great starting point for exploring about 30 minutes away. Friendly and fast communication and easy check-in. Everything is great!

Very nice house, great place to stay for all who love Peloponnese and its magical wild beaches.

The house is exactly as pictured. Rustic charm in an ideal setting. The view is simply amazing over Skoutari Bay with its small paradise coves a short drive away. παντελщς was very responsive and gave us a lot of very useful information.

Definitely the best apartment we have ever stayed in not only in Leonidio, but also in all of Europe! Very nice owners, very helpful and kind. Everything was as described, well-equipped kitchen. Almost every day, we got oranges, mandarins cake, eggs..... Warm, clean. 10 stars on a 5-star scale😉 I recommend!!!!🙂
