Nice room in independent cabin (16 m2) with bathroom and dry toilet. Small fridge. Very comfortable bedding, supporting testimonials! Very quiet neighborhood (sometimes the ducks singing at our neighbor's is worth noting). Bike paths 50 m away. 5 minutes by car from the market. Pyla's first beaches: 10 minutes drive. I propose you to prepare a full breakfast (10€/pers): hot drink, 1 fruit juice, 1 fruit, 1 pastries, 1/2 baguette, butter, jam.

Located between the public garden, the river park and the Bordeaux park, this house is a 15-minute walk from the opera house. A real oasis in Bordeaux. The TRAMWAY Line D passes through our street, to take you directly to the Place de la Bourse, the train station or even the airport (plan a connection)

Come and stay in this comfortable room of the "Villa the Paradise" ** * Rooms , for work, relaxation, tourism. The environment in Val de l 'Eyre is calm and the housing cocooning. Feel free to ask for sweet and/or savory breakfast with a small fee before your arrival 6 euros per person. Attention heated ⛔️ pool from the beginning of May until September, depending on the weather that we hope is favorable , very high heat pump cost.

Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. Each bedroom has a large 140 x 190 bed and an 80 x 190 adult bed We will limit access to the rooms to 3 people, including babies.

The guest house is cosy, practical, quiet, and well furnished. The little extra comfort of your stay: CLEANING FEES INCLUDED !!! Feel just like home : washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, wi-fi, television... It has 2 separate bedrooms ( a baby cot is available on request), a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room, a living space, and of course, the terrace, so cosy !
