We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

We welcome you to an accommodation adjacent to our house with a private parking space and a private garden with a separate entrance. The accommodation is close to La Hume beach and local shops. It is fully renovated and includes a bedroom with a 127 TV, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories (coffee maker, microwave, grill), a living room with TV and a sofa bed for two people. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Ideally located a few steps from the beach and the city center, you can do everything on foot, (beach 300 meters away, city center 10 min walk maximum). The house is exclusively for you. The garden is enclosed and private.

A living room kitchen, two adult rooms with TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilet and a laundry area make up the ground floor. On the mezzanine a children's room and a TV and games area. A wooden terrace with table and chairs for all. We provide sheets and towels. The beds are made for your arrival.
