We have completely renovated this lovely typical Arcachon house. We love to sit in the pretty armchairs of its tree-lined terrace, then go for a walk on the beach that we reach in just a 3-minute walk. You can also walk to the market and the heart of the city. The house (90 m2) consists of a ground floor and 1st floor. There are 3 rooms on each level. On the ground floor, the kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and an independent toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms separated by a living room/TV corner. Two bedrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. The other has a shower and sink. The floor is reached either by an internal staircase or by an external staircase. On the ground floor each of the rooms opens onto the 80 m2 terrace. The very pleasant terrace is furnished and offers a small kitchen area with sink and plancha. For your arrival either someone will welcome you, or you can pick up the keys in the key safe. I will let you know the terms before you arrive. I stay in constant contact with my guests before and during their stay The house is a short walk from the heart of Arcachon and close to the beach, easily accessible on foot. The neighborhood is residential and quiet, but has local shops for shopping. You can come by taxi from the station or also on foot.

Venez découvrir cette ravissante arcachonnaise , restaurée et décorée avec goût, idéalement située dans un quartier résidentiel , à 5 mn à pied de la plage et du port , 15 du cœur de ville par le bord de mer. Vous disposerez en toute intimité du jardin et de ses deux terrasses , d'une cuisine contemporaine ouverte sur la pièce de vie , d'une chambre dotée d'une SDD communicante, les WC sont séparés. Enfin, la deuxième chambre , totalement indépendante ,séparée , possède sa SDD et ses WC.

Our house is located in the Abatilles neighborhood. It is divided into two independent flats. We rent the one on the first floor, which has been fully renovated. The ground floor is always unoccupied and will remain so throughout the year. The entire property — garden and pool included — will be yours to enjoy. The house is a 5-minute drive from the Pereire and Arbousiers beaches, a 3-minute walk from a local grocery store, and a 7-minute drive from a shopping center and downtown Arcachon.

Ideally located a few steps from the beach and the city center, you can do everything on foot, (beach 300 meters away, city center 10 min walk maximum). Wooden villa facing the sea - 4 to 6 people

Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool.
