This is my personal home.

Our house is located in the Abatilles neighborhood. It is divided into two independent flats. We rent the one on the first floor, which has been fully renovated. The ground floor is always unoccupied and will remain so throughout the year. The entire property — garden and pool included — will be yours to enjoy. The house is a 5-minute drive from the Pereire and Arbousiers beaches, a 3-minute walk from a local grocery store, and a 7-minute drive from a shopping center and downtown Arcachon.

Possibility to also park a car inside.

In the Aiguillon district, in Arcachon, on a quiet street, La Coccinelle is a small renovated house (40 m2), independent with a shaded courtyard. Big advantage: possibility of not using the car because the house is close to all amenities. Sleeps up to 3 adults or 1 couple and 2 children. Beautiful hut built in the spirit of those of the oyster farmers of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Entirely made of wood, this "tchanquée" hut (on stilts) overlooks the coastal path and offers panoramic views of the bay. Its elevated layout earned it the name "la Hune" which designates an observation platform installed at the top of the mast of ships. The house has 3 terraces, a 500 m2 garden and a saltwater pool. The entire property is private.

A living room kitchen, two adult rooms with TV, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, separate toilet and a laundry area make up the ground floor.
