We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

Surrounded by lush greenery and misty hills, the property has a charm that instantly makes you feel at home. What truly made the stay exceptional was the cook! The meals were delicious, home-style, and thoughtfully prepared with fresh local ingredients. Every dish—from breakfast to dinner—was a treat. Whether it was a hot cup of chai in the morning or a warm, flavorful dinner after a day of exploring, the food was consistently outstanding and comforting. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. My wife and I stayed at Eden B&B near Coonoor to celebrate her birthday. We had a pleasant experience right from the time of booking, thanks to Maria's responsiveness & proactiveness. As a host, she was both warm and professional. She shared all necessary details in advance, such as permit requirements & places to eat, experience the environment & celebrate my wife's birthday. While Maria coordinates the experience, it's her parents' thoughtful and heartfelt hospitality that made the experience unforgettable for us. It is not often that guests get to enjoy the hospitality of the hosts directly, sans any caretaker. Jose and Sindhu make you feel at home, like family. Along with a sumptuous breakfast, Sindhu also cooked a sweet to celebrate my wife's birthday! While the guest feels like family, they are thoroughly professional with their services. They provide best-in-class amenities and a neatly designed space, perfect for a retreat. Looking to visit more often!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was spacious with three bedrooms and each with balconies and bay windows. Care taker was very helpful. We took an evening walk through the tea plantation and saw bison gracing in the valley. There is also beautiful viewpoint just 400mtr from this place. We would have enjoyed the balconies if it wasnt raining. Very much recommend this place

Had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb! The place is well located, with all amenities close by, and both Zomato and Swiggy deliver to the property, which made meals super convenient. The apartment itself is cozy and comfortable, and the view from the balcony room is definitely a highlight — perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee. A couple of things to note: toiletries were missing during our stay, and the bath towels could be improved in terms of quality. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall. Would recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated stay.
