House vacation rentals in Aras de los Olmos

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. Definitely met our expectations.

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

Nick and Jeremy were great hosts and although live above we only saw them when we needed something. You have everything you need and the pool and table tennis kept the kids happy. BBQ and terrace were used every night and the living room was great with freeview and wifi so you can carry on working if needed. Nick and Jeremy cooked for us for one night and the food was amazing special mention to the banoffee pie! We would certainly recommend this villa and will be returning I am sure.

Very nice Appartement / House in Cullera. Plenty of space for families. Great sea view. Raul is a great host. Easy to reach, fast reactions, great tips, Helpful and friendly. It's located in a living area nearly on the top of the hill. Nearby the beaches of Cullera and not far from restaurants, shopping possibilities and the city center. The kitchen is well sorted, you have a private garage, washingmachine, TV, Projector and a private Jacuzzi as well as a Pool (shared within the building complex).

Not only does the description match 100%, but the stay was also very good. Fernando was very attentive, he recommended where to eat, how to get around, everything we needed. We definitely recommend it. .

We had an amazing time at Alexandra's home! Communication was very smooth and extremely friendly, which is always very pleasant if you have any questions. The house has been completely renovated, and very nicely decorated. The location is ideal, within walking distance of metro and bus station to get into the city and within walking distance of the harbor/beach. It was wonderful to stay on the roof terrace, with beautiful southern plants. We stayed there during the "santa semana", and were able to experience these unique processions from very close in the streets of the neighborhood. Valencia stole our heart, if we come back with our group, we will definitely stay in Alexandra's house again.

Espe’s place was fantastic. A great location for walking to the beach, the bus/ metro stops, and the local market. The area felt really friendly and there were excellent local bakeries and bars. A large nearby park was a great bonus for our 6 year old. The house was spotless, well proportioned and had comfortable beds. Getting in and out of the house with keyless entry was really easy.

This is the second time we have come to Carlos and are very happy with the accommodation. Carlos is very responsive and always happy to help . The apartment is light and spacious !

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa in Sagunto just a 5 minute walk to the quiet Almarda Beach. The villa had all the amenities for the adults and children. The kids loved the trampoline and running around the big garden. The pool was lovely too however didn’t get in it much as it’s too cold this time of year. Maribel was so accommodating and met us upon arrival to go through everything about the accommodation. She was available on the phone if ever we had a question. The villa is really pretty with lovely big bedrooms. The host is very organised with every piece of kitchen equipment you could think of which made evenings really helpful. Overall we were over the moon with our stay and hope to come again. Becky & family xx

We had an amazing week with friends at this place. The house is really beautiful, spacious and perfectly equipped. The rooms are comfortable, ideal for resting after busy days. The surrounding cities are charming with plenty of activities to do, whether it's cultural tours or more sporty outings. The hosts are welcoming and very responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thanks again for hosting us.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

Calmhouse - Name says it all! :-) Located in a small village very secluded and the place is actually as beautiful as in the photos! The service is also excellent: there is soap, shampoo, conditioner, sugar, pepper, paper towels, and much more - really everything you need was provided! We felt very comfortable!

Alex and his wife's place is perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in nature. It is also ideal for going with children, as it has a large garden and toys! The location is very good as it is very close to Sagunto, the beach and other larger towns. Alex was always attentive and the house was very clean. We will definitely be back!

The photos don't do the house justice. It's super big. The rooms are much bigger than expected. The house is very bright. It has a giant covered/enclosed patio and a roof terrace. Everything has been recently renovated. Amparo is a sweetheart. I ordered from Mercadona and she arrived before me, and she put it in the fridge for me. The house doesn't lack anything. What's more, it has gel and shampoo, bottles of fresh water in the fridge, a small carton of milk, 2 beers and everything, all kinds of cleaning products, I mean, everything. One drawback is that Google Maps does not give the correct location. You have to look for it on Street View. It's next to the Plaza del Ayuntamiento. It's on the corner. Ahh important, if you want to watch national TV channels, tell Amparo because you have to do it through an app. In short, great!!
