The strong point of the house is the barbecue area with the pool, a private area with total privacy and tranquility. Very quiet place, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. A spacious, airy house and an air-conditioned bedroom are also a big plus. My initial communication with Maria das Graças was wonderful and she always answered all questions. Throughout my stay my communication with Vera was perfect, always very attentive and ready to assist. Everything was perfect!

The house is beautiful, it is in a village and is the penultimate. Quiet and quiet environment, really is a few steps away from the Lagoa. There are nearby shops on the main road and the location is served by delivery and Uber without any setbacks. City Council have complete kitchen utensils, machine service area (I didn't use it, but it works). It has a ceiling fan in the living room and bedroom that met my demand (it was fresh during my stay) It has suite and a lavabo on the ground floor. Vale the price, I recommend super! The Janaína that was responsible for the keys was a flower! It treated me and my daughter with kindness and tips that we asked for . I would recommend that they carry repellent. Two points I suggested to Tarcio was a body mirror and a corner home office. With that, the house that is 10, would be 11! Ah, the wifi is top, I worked from there with heavy programs without any fall or oscillation. See you next time!

The house is great, it has everything you need. The yard is very nice and I was able to take my little dog. My daughter loved it too. We were all satisfied. It is very close to Kioske do Barbudo and the lakes. Very close to the Araruama Center.
