It was a week-long family trip and the house made our days more peaceful and comfortable. Extremely comfortable bed and bath linen, air-conditioning and fan (indispensable in many days), full kitchen, TV with Netflix, in addition to staying in a super quiet condominium in the midst of nature. Exactly what we were looking for. The Caravelas beach is a few meters from the house and is beautiful, with little movement of people and has a restaurant that surprised us positively. But it is important to be aware: the sea is quite agitated (it had a red flag every day). It is also possible to visit both the beaches of Cabo Frio and Buzios, since the condominium is "halfway". I stayed with my family (2 adults with 2 children under 4 and 1 year old), and the place was very comfortable for us. The cabin complies with everything reported by the host (whom we thank for his continuous willingness to answer our questions), and its location is easily accessible on foot (Buzios has a fairly diverse topography, but access to the cabin, and from it to the nearby beaches is quite simple compared to the surroundings). In addition, you can walk to places of dispersion. Nearby there are all kinds of options for eating and shopping, etc., and if you need transportation, there is also public transportation 100 meters away. All perfect! The apartment has everything we need, Dino was very attentive, specified and explained everything well detailed how the condo worked, and the items of the house worked. There was nothing missing, the caretaker Ivan always at his disposal . The carnival was great!

Simply the best home to relax and celebrate! The house is beautiful, impeccable and super cozy. Each corner was thought out with great affection. It has absolutely everything to make the experience amazing: pool table, various games, a lovely pool and even a complete kit to set up your party table. I recommend it and I'm already dying to go back!

We spent some beautiful days in Ibiza, a dream house with the best view and the best place. A paradise. We chose the house without knowing the beautiful environment where it was, Pontal de Atalaia, the most beautiful beach in Arraial. The space is good, it corresponds to the listing. The Host responds very quickly, and Co-Host Rosana was very available (although we did not call on her). The house is well equipped, and we only missed having spare garbage bags and floor cloths for small cleaning jobs (there weren't any). The condominium is very friendly and well located, with a swimming pool and full-time lifeguards. As a suggestion (although it is not the Host's obligation), it would be positive to add welcoming elements for guests, and everyday items that we usually do not bring (tea, salt, olive oil, vinegar, coffee filter). I've even received chocolate and cookies as a welcome. This was the only one who did not provide anything, and it would be a "caring touch" for the guest. Of course, it's just a suggestion, and it doesn't detract from the space. It would also be good to renovate some items, such as the umbrella and one of the beach chairs (they are already old and worn or unstitched). Overall, I highly recommend it, you can hire it without fear.
