The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. My family and I were very well received, the house is wonderful and the premises are very comfortable. Impeccable in every way, very clean and smelling fresh bed and bath linens. Kitchen utensils and appliances all in perfect condition. It was perfect days. The pool is also wonderful and my little ones enjoyed it a lot! We only have good things to point out. We just want to say thank you for everything. The location near Lagoa was also very favorable, especially for families with children. Our choice couldn't have been better!

The stay at Arthur's house was simply FANTASTIC. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've stayed in other houses, but the big difference here is precisely Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. We love our stay. Home is exactly like in photos. The hostess is very kind and delicate. we had full support. The house was impeccably tidy and it has everything we need during our days there. The condo is very quiet and the walk along the edge of the lagoon is a very special bonus. The only thing we don't like was having to leave the peace of the house. We want to return soon.

I and my family loved the stay, the place was quiet and the surrounding beaches and ponds were clean and safe. Luiz, Andréia (homemade) and her husband were extremely attentive and kind to all of us! I recommend the place and will be back again.

I'll start by saying that photos can be deceiving. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not staying longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

Wonderful stay. The house was very clean and smelled good, very well equipped, had everything we needed and more. The rooms are very comfortable, the living room and bathroom are impeccable. The pool was clean and the barbecue was well-equipped. We didn't miss anything, it felt like we were at home. Maria Antônia is always ready to help and left Eliane in charge of handing us the keys, a lovely person, very nice, helpful and kind. Easily accessible condominium, bakery and supermarket 2 minutes by car from the condominium. We're already thinking about when we'll be back.

The pictures does not do this amazing house justice. The views are even better in person. The house was soooo clean and comfortable. There was a group of us staying here and it was perfect. The outdoor kitchen was perfect for bbq. The beach was walkable. The Caribbean of Brazil. I have already recommend this house to many friends and family. Ana was extremely responsive and helpful! The location is easy to find if you are by car, it is a little far from the streets but it is super worth it for the view. The loft is super complete, extremely organized and Juliany was super attentive!

We really loved our stay here. The place was super spacious and comfortable, and the A/C in the bedrooms was a big plus—especially after long days in the sun. The location is amazing—right by the water, close to downtown, and surrounded by great food spots. We even saw turtles along the shore, which was such a cool surprise. Luiz was an incredible host. He helped us with airport transfers, water taxis, and gave us some great tips for things to do and places to eat. You can tell he really cares about making sure guests have a good time. We’d definitely stay here again.

Frederick and Raquel are great hosts! Beautiful home, seamless check-in/out process and they gave us some great recommendations for food and beaches. Buzios is quite a drive from the tourist destinations but ideal if you’re looking for a more scenic and relaxed experience in Rio 😊

The stay was wonderful! Vanessa is an excellent host, always very kind and polite. He responded quickly when we needed him and gave us very nice tips for sightseeing. The house has a rustic style and the gourmet area is simply a delight! We felt a very good vibe the whole time we were there. We were even greeted with a welcome note! ☺️ The kitchen is very well-equipped, spacious rooms and air-conditioned (in addition to the ceiling fans). The outdoor area is wonderful! A large grassy yard (great for those with children or pets). We enjoyed the pool even with the cold. But the difference is in the wooden house (my daughters simply loved it) and also in the pergola with mattress and pillows (wonderful for lying down in the afternoon). The condominium is very nice, safe and quiet. Great for hiking. We left, but we really wanted to stay! We will definitely be back and thank you Vanessa, for all your hospitality 🥰

My family and I loved the house, close to the lagoon and the atmosphere was very pleasant, clean and spacious house, we totaled 8 people and had a wonderful vacation.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

The house is beautiful! It has an amazing view and a great space. It is in an extremely quiet and family-friendly condominium. We love it. For small children it's a little unsafe, but they were great days!

House in a WONDERFUL condo. Mr. Júlio, Patrícia and Beto extremely attentive. The house is better than the photos. A huge terrain facing the lagoon. Children's may be loose without any worries. The water is shallow for many, many meters . 6 suites with air that cooled mto well. Large bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen and has a fridge in the kitchen and balcony. Alem do freezer. Lawn in front and football pitch behind which the children loved. The terrain tb accommodated the 6 cars that were. I don't have anything to say. I suffered to come away. What a delightful place.
