Excellent, beautiful and modern apartment located in the back of the host's house. Very well equipped, state-of-the-art air conditioning. Furniture in good condition. Everything was impeccable, the rooms are spacious, they have dressers, no closets. Access to the apartment is through the host's house patio, but that's no problem. The hosts are very friendly, respectful and the best vibe.

Little house the exact size for a family, including dogs! I went with my two kids and two dogs. Well located, clean, airy, functional. Very well-kept and spacious garden. The entrance to the house is shared and this caused me concerns about my dogs possibly escaping. The neighbors of the house in the back were very kind, as was Mrs. Lilian, and this issue was resolved. The hostess Lilian was very attentive and helped us with everything we asked of her. We fell in love with the house and Itaúna, which we love! We'll be right back ❤️

We enjoyed our stay in Clara’s house very much. The beach is beautiful with clear and calm waters, and it is so convenient to have it in your backyard. The first couple of days we went to some of the popular beaches, but they were awfully overcrowded and we had to pay for chairs and umbrella. The beach at the house is as beautiful as any other and it is just a few steps away. We were only 3 of us but the house is huge and suitable for large families, very comfortable and with awesome views from every room. It is in a quiet neighborhood but a short walk to the busy night life in Buzios. The host was responsive and kindly accommodated our early arrival and late departure. It was a bit of a trip from Ohio, but totally worth it.

We had a fantastic time at Heloise's house with high school friends. The house has everything you need to enjoy the beach, barbecues, spacious and very comfortable. Close to downtown Arraial and very safe because it is a gated community. Heloise was very attentive in the preparations for the trip, our arrival and when we left. I recommend the house and we will surely return another year.

The apartment is very nice! Super spacious and with a beautiful view. In turn, it is two blocks away from the avenue where the Vans pass. Both Romina and Eduardo who welcomed me were super attentive.

The place is a bit small but it is beautiful and has a very nice guava tree. The house looks like it's out of a fairy tale, and there is a stone path to get to them and the vegetation on the sides makes it very pleasant. It is super located near the beach, but without as much noise as on the main avenue. A nice and beautiful place

Great stay here! Clean, spacious and equipped with everything you could wish for. Excellent value for money. Mauro was very friendly and gave many tips and contacts for activities and services around Buzios. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful host responded quickly, the place was extremely clean and smelled good, had everything we needed, the beach that guests have access to is perfect, I was delighted, I've never seen such crystal clear water in my life, to top it off a wonderful breakfast in the room, I recommend this place and I will definitely be back next vacation.

Bruno was extremely solicitous, responded promptly. The house is impeccable. It is new and well-equipped. It had all the utensils, including very high quality pots. The kitchen has a large refrigerator, a powerful and electro-portable stove such as a microwave and coffee machine. The house offers dishes, glasses and flatware for large groups. I just missed the dishcloth. The beds are very comfortable, very much indeed. The bathrooms are large and modern, very nice shower. The social bathroom vase clogged, but due to the carelessness of someone who played paper, we solved it quickly because it had unplugger in the house. The swimming pool is great, has a shallow part that gives sunbathing lying in the water and ladder to the deep part. In the gourmet area there is barbecue and an exhibitor refrigerator that served us well, it cooled the beers and soft drinks well. Many furniture and ample space for no car to sleep on the street. We took a child who enjoyed the kids space well. I recommend and would be back for sure!

Host super helpful and with good communication. The location, although far from the center, is very close to the beach and well reserved/calm. The outdoor area is excellent.

Excellent house, exactly as described and pictured. All kitchen utensils, environment and pool extremely clean! Very attentive and kind hostess! The only observation is that the use of air conditioning could be included in the lease

Gustavo's place is very good, comfortable and clean. The nearby beaches surprised me, I didn't know it, I liked it very much! Communication with Gustavo was great. We'll be back for sure!

We love the weekend very much, the house is beautiful and cozy, super clean and organized, quiet place, a lot of peace and good energy! Near the best beaches of Buzios. The hostess Valéria was a 1000!!! Always very friendly , attentive, and answers all questions quickly. It was very kind and received us with a delicious coffee from Minas Gerais and some cold breweries. It also gave you several tips for places ,tours,restaurants. We'll be back for sure!

Nice house, well-kept and very close to the beach, you don't even need to take the car out of the garage, 10 minutes of slow walking and you're already at Praia do Peró

We had a very pleasant stay at the rented property. The space has fully met our expectations and is in full compliance with the description available on the platform. Check-in and check-out were carried out without any difficulty, making our experience even smoother. The host was extremely cordial and attentive, keeping frequent contact and clarifying all our questions promptly. In addition, the location is excellent, with a good infrastructure around, including a nearby Extra Market, hortifruti, fuel station and even a McDonald's, among other establishments that made our stay easier. We were a group of 10 people and we were all very pleased. We haven't had any complaints. Of course, there are always opportunities for improvement, but overall the experience was very positive and we recommend hosting.

Heitor is very attentive. The apartment is in a great place, right near the beach. The condominium is excellent. The apartment is all set up. We had an issue with the entrance to the building, which wanted to oblige us to wear seasonal rental identification bracelets, but which was promptly resolved by Heitor. The washer and water filter were leaking, and Heitor tb went to solve it. Unfortunately neither the filter nor the machine could be solved in time. The apt does not have air-conditioning, which was a bit bad. Other than that, everything went well. Thank you Heitor!

Bruna's house is very comfortable and well equipped. We had an amazing stay. It's a great place to spend a few days with the family. Super recommend!

Diogo is an excellent host, he responded quickly giving us all the guidelines. Sandra, a lovely person, received us. It seems like I already knew her from somewhere else lol I really felt at home, the location is wonderful, close to everything. The house was well equipped, met all our needs and they even left us a box of chocolates as a courtesy. I would definitely come back!
