With two living rooms, a 70-inch TV room, a full kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and four comfortable en-suites. The house has a fantastic sea view! Close to four beaches and the Orla Bardot, which leads to Rua das Pedras on foot. Extremely charming and sophisticated house! Accommodates a maximum of eight adults and four children (up to 12 years old).

Your family will be close to everything, restaurants and nightclubs, schooner and buggy rides, a 5-minute walk to the main shops on Rua das Pedras, and have the convenience of walking to the main beaches or, if you wish, taking a taxi boat… when you stay with us. We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Arraial do Cabo - Casa Madrid in Pontal do Atalaia

A house with a breathtaking view inside the Pontal do Atalaia, a noble area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the bustle of the center. The neighborhood is residential, quiet and safe, with a neighborhood composed of residents. 200 meters from the property, guests have access to a small shopping center with: pharmacy, ATM, mini-market, bakery, fitness center, general articles, bars and restaurants. There is also a bus stop with easy access to the entire region: 15 km - Cabo Frio, 25 km - Arraial and 35 km - Búzios. We'd love to welcome you to our space!

Pedacinho do Céu

Relax with in the real Little Piece of Heaven. The condominium is 70 meters from the Araruama lagoon, in the Bananeiras neighborhood, close to beautiful kiosks. But the best place is the Ponta das Bananeiras geosite, which can be accessed from the waterfront or from the Lake View Condominium, whose entrance is via the Amaral Peixoto Highway, at km 91. It is one of the fascinating places on the edge of Lagoa de Araruama, from where you have a beautiful view of the lagoon and the sunset.

Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!
