Отличный дом в тихом районе. Рядом есть магазины и остановка общественного транспорта. В доме есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания. Хозяева очень отзывчивые и гостеприимные. Проживание было максимально комфортным.

Good place. The location is great, and everything was clean. There’s free parking available right in front of the property, although it depends on availability, which worked fine for us. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Great, polite and very friendly host, clean and new house. Everything for living is presented. Good and stable internet.

Большой дом с большим количество розеток, что очень удобно. Часть дома с ремонтом, другая - нет. Удобная локация, до центра можно дойти пешком за 15 минут. В 5 минутах есть хорошие магазины. Быстрая скорость интернета, но иногда он пропадает

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir haben erst vor ein paar Stunden das Haus verlassen, vermissen es aber jetzt schon und planen unseren nächsten Besuch. Es waren einfach perfekte 7 Tage in Jerewan. Von Anfang an fühlten wir uns hier wie zu Hause und wollen im Herbst wieder kommen. Artavazd ist sehr freundlicher und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. Kommunikation mit ihm war äußerst einfach und angenehm. Da ich erst später eingereist bin, kümmerte sich Artavazd um meine Familienmitglieder und hat ihnen geholfen. Das charmante Haus mit Terrasse ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet, der Garten ist bestens gepflegt und der Swimmingpool mit wunderschönem Blick auf die Stadt blitzblank sauber.

Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Ardavaz because the whole villa was very good, clean and tidy. All facilities for comfort and relaxation were available. Very clean swimming pool, good and big barbecue and ping pong table, large and carpeted jacuzzi. Very clean and many sleeping facilities. There were 12 of us and we didn't feel any shortage. I recommend Mr. Ardavaz's villa to everyone. Ardavaz is a good-hearted, kind and hospitable man with good manners. Thanks again to them.

Дом понравился, есть просторные общие зоны. Спальни небольшие, но если в них только спать, то места достаточно. Хозяева очень гостеприимные, настолько, что несколько раз приезжали во время нашего отдыха, чтобы полить цветы и проверить наполнение бассейна (почему-то бассейн не был наполнен до нашего приезда, а скорость заполнения невысокая). Решайте сами, комфортно ли вам с таким высоким уровнем гостеприимства :) Дом визуально чистый, но из-за того, что это буквально дом, пол был грязный, в белых носках лучше не ходить. Иногда в части спален по утрам было слышно соседские машины и разговоры, но большую часть времени было тихо. Рядом нет больших магазинов, так что еду лучше покупать в Ереване. В пешей доступности есть несколько локальных кафе и небольших ларьков. Конечно, самое главное на территории — это шикарная терраса с видом на горы и симфонию камней. Идеально для праздников. У террасы есть крыша и небольшая летняя кухня с холодильником. Общие впечатления приятные!

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

a stunning designer apartment with sky-gazing skylights and a second floor in yellow and blue tones and a bathroom reminiscent of a small swimming pool. excellent attitude of the landlord. very close to the center. worth every dollar. 2 balconies. highly recommended

Our stay was excellent. The location has a few rooms adjacent to each other, but they were perfectly private and we couldn’t hear other guests. Outside the window is a lush green space that leaves you feeling like you are out in nature. The hosts were very attentive and polite. Their art gallery is impressive and it was a joy to have been shown around. The location is perfect and close to the temple and many excellent restaurants. I would say this is the best place to stay and we already want to come and visit again. Also the showers have extra hot water, the kitchen has everything you need and the beds are comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming! he even surprised us with a delicious homemade dessert, which was such a thoughtful gesture. He also kindly let us drop off our bags before check-in, which made our day so much easier. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the hospitality and personal touches. Highly recommended!

Nos quedamos una noche en Yoga home. Muy buena relación precio-calidad. Alexsei fue comunicativo y André, quien nos recibió un genio. Nos explicó todo y además charlamos con un café de por medio. Muy amable. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. Hay dos baños compartidos también grandes y una cocina completa. Además jardín con vistas increíbles y una atmosfera muy interesante por la gente y talleres que se dan en la casa.

we booked this place online and hop it will be good and clean, actually it was great and spotless, quiet neighborhood, lovely family who treat us like their own, we order BBQ from them and it was so delicious, beautiful house and gorgeous backyard, nice kitchen with big table to eat and not to mess the house, we rent a van for our family and it fit easy to their covered parking, driving to city center was about 15-20 minutes depend on traffic and taxi to city center is about $3 to there, for us having more quiet area was more important than be on the center, you can get the apps for rideshare there and they will be there in just couple minutes usually around 5-10 minutes so no problem, also if you want to walk to center is abut 20-30 minutes depending on how fast you can walk, very friendly family and not only I will go back there also definitely will recommend this place to all my friends and family to go and enjoy the vacation and not to worry about the place. Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!
