Very cozy, small apartment for 2 persons, near to cafes.

The apartment has everything you need, a washing machine, a dishwasher and wi-fi worked perfectly, it was an important criterion, because two people worked from the apartment.

We stayed for two weeks and we really liked everything. The apartment is very spacious and well renovated. It was equipped with all the necessary, towels, blankets, etc. Very convenient location, close and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions and next to a 24-hour supermarket. We fell in love with the balcony, which was huge, perfect for relaxing and family dinners. Many thanks to Alexander for his friendliness, responsiveness and hospitality, for his flexibility in check-in and check-out times.

What I found was a quiet kind of hospitality. The apartment was clean, calm, and exactly as described - though perhaps a touch more spacious in person. The host was responsive and thoughtful in the best possible way. There's something to be said for a stay that feels both cared for and entirely your own. Also worth noting: the host often cooks wonderful local food, which adds something warm to the whole experience. Would book again.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

We are very happy with our stay at Rosie's guest house. The appartmen was very clean and comfortable. Apart from that, it had a huge balconey where we get to enjoy our breakfast. also, there was a part right across the streat were we went for a walk and had a great time. i shohld also mention that it was very easy to getvto down town from that area as there were bus stops and metro not far from the apparent. As for the host, she was very nice and helpful to find a good restaurent to arrange a gathering with friends. I'd definietly recomment wtaying at this place.

Comfortable space, great location.

Nice house with a beautiful view, host Arshak was very responsive and helpful if there were any difficulties around the house. There are shops and public transport in 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Appartment was as described and it matched the photos. Owner is very friendly. Location is quiet, but to rech main street with most of the shops you need to walk around 10-15min. Anyway grocery you can find close to the location. The place good value for money I recomend to everyone!

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

We stayed with my husband at this beautiful airbnb for a week. The place its great, spacious, great view, comfortable and gorgeous. We really enjoyed our stay and we felt right at home. Definitely recommend it!

This is a place I would definitely recommend for others to book. It's in a great location in the centre of everything, making it easy to walk to grocery stores, pharmacy's, local shops and restaurants. The place itself was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable, and also had every appliance that was needed. It's a great place to stay at if you want to be in the centre of the city but still be away from the noise. I would also like to state how amazing the host was. He helped me and my family settle in and also leave when checking out. He was a great help whenever we contacted him or we needed assistance with anything in the apartment.

The apartment was fantastic! It's located in a beautiful area—truly the best in Yerevan—very close to all the main museums, theaters, and restaurants, and perfect for walking around and exploring the city. The apartment was very comfortable, ideal both for relaxing and for doing some work, as it has a dedicated space for using a computer. It's also conveniently close to a supermarket, currency exchange, and other essentials. The host was extremely polite and kind, always responsive to our requests. The apartment had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay—we even extended our visit twice because we enjoyed it so much! Overall, this is absolutely the best location in Yerevan for all types of travelers. We felt at home here and were truly happy during our stay.

Nice, big apartment right in the center of Yerevan. Very easy to check in when you first get there, and Michael was always available whenever we needed anything. Would recommend a place to anyone thinking of a stay in Armenia!

The central location cannot be any better. Plenty great restaurants right there. Huge apartment on the top floor (no lift though). The host was extremely quick to respond to any questions and fixed a few concerns we had. He also helped my elderly parents with bags and ensured they got taxi to the airport.
