The property is well located in a nice society where the neighbours would keep to themselves. the host is very welcoming and chill, you can call him up for drinks anytime ( I surely did ). My overall experience has been perfect.

Thank you Rakesh for being a good host. I really enjoyed my stay. Its a must visit place if u want peaceful time. The host rakesh is also super responsive and really helpful. The food he served was super delicious and priced very reasonable to a extent that it felt he should raise the price.

We had a great stay at Srushti’s place more so because Stushti proved to be an excellent host who handled all questions, concerns and requests efficiently and politely. The property was very clean and location wise was also in a very peaceful neighbourhood with easy access to nearby shops/convenience stores. Overall a great place for a family oriented peaceful staycation.

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

Great place. Love the vibrant colours of the house. This place is for those, who love quiet & peaceful surrounding. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Sunset Beach is 5 mins drive. I would love to stay here again. ☺️

Good place, exactly as described

Perfect for Our Stay in Deira. This apartment was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space for all five of us—enough beds, a comfy lounge, dining area, and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was a nice bonus, and we never felt cramped. The TV and Wi-Fi were great, too. The location couldn’t be better, with a café and shop just a minute’s walk away. Nihal, the host, was fantastic— informative, and quick to reply to any questions we had. We also enjoyed the privacy; even though a few other apartments were occupied, it was nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Delightful 3 weeks at Aguada villa. Cozy, beautiful, like at home. Safe, friendly and kind atmosphere. Everyone smiles, polite attitude, communication with Shita and Diksha was pleasant. Quiet, birds singing. The villa is just perfect. The design and Indo-Portuguese style is love at the first sight. Everything works: stove, microwave, toaster, air conditioners, hair dryers, TVs, filter for clean and fresh water (+every day they bring bottles of water). The kitchen has a lot of dishes to cook, beautifully set the table. Comfortable bed and linen. Bathrooms with all amenities. Thank you to the cleaning team. Shamil is keeping her clean in such a big house, we just enjoyed our lives. Clean, fragrant, well-maintained house. Every day they water the flowers and sweep the yard. An impeccable getaway in a beautiful location, close to the best beach in Goa, this is the place for sure!

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

Swiggy Zomato is easily available, check in was seamless, rooms are spacious and 4 5 PPL can easily stay here. maintained sofas, and everything was prim and proper. the host- Neha was super responsive. we stayed for 4 days and it was seamless. ola is available from this location...overall 5 star rating

Our stay at Stepny’s place was absolutely perfect! The home was spotless, exactly as shown in the pictures, and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Stepny is an amazing host. She's responsive, engaged, and always ready to help. She even assisted us with a bike rental, making our trip smooth and hassle-free. The location is fantastic, with the market just a short walk away, so getting anything we needed was super convenient. Plus, both Ashwem and Mandrem beaches are nearby, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing beach getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the adorable furry companions - two friendly cats and a sweet dog that made the place feel even more like home. Overall, our experience went beyond expectations. Now, I have complete peace of mind knowing that whenever I visit Mandrem, Stepny’s place will always be my first choice. Highly recommend!

Really good and convenient place next to the airport. Host communicates well and extremely fast. Place is as nice and spacious and just what was needed after a long flight.

Great property, very clean, and a really convenient location. We booked it for a 2 day stopover but would definitely book it again the next time we are here. Has all the amenities needed for a family coming from abroad. The food street in the neighborhood and the massage chair in the apartment are a big plus.

We booked the place few months in advance and it was a great deal. The apartment was on the 18th floor and had 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom was quite spacious. The only downside was the other two rooms were a little smaller. But don't let that discourage you, the living room was huge and well decorated. The sofas was very comfortable and the attached kitchen was easy to cook in. The master bedroom has an attached washroom with bathtub (washroom was huge). The other two bedrooms had a common washroom which was spacious enough too. There was another washroom near the kitchen albeit without a shower. The best part was all the washrooms were squeaky clean and spotless. However, the best part of the apartment is the view. Mesmerizing view of the Burj Khalifa along with Dubai Mall gives you every bang of the buck. You could easily see the Fountain Show right from your balcony if you're lazy enough to walk for 5 mins. If that's not all, the host is super helpful and responsive.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

My stay at apartment was extremely comfortable. The apartment is spacious and excatly as it is shown on the pictures. The host was very resposive and everything was clearly mentioned which made it very convenient for me to check in. The area is within a walkabe distance from good resturants and the ocean. The host was very prompt to respond and helped us store our luggage in the apartment until we left in the evening. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wants to stay in JBR. We had a wonderful stay and overall a great experience. Hosts are truly exceptional and pay very close attention to every detail and ensure guests have a comfortable stay. Location at the estates is superb and close to all amenities. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed during our stay. We look forward to staying again when we visit next time.

We burnt our fingers once when we booked on Airbnb in Goa. The place didn't look like anything in the photos and it turned out to be a glorified hostel at a high cost. Ally's place is just right if you want a peaceful stay. It's right there in between to access all the places in the south conviently and it's clean. Parking is not a hassle, the place was spotless, Ally responded quickly to our questions. A pleasant stay!
