The Villa is nice , airy and has 3 bedrooms with balconies in 2 bedrooms attached baths in all 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom is good. Other 2 are okay. Lobby is spacious for upto 6-7 persons, bathrooms are functional. The place is good overall, has parking space for you rental/own vehicle adjacent to your villa. Mahesh the caretaker is nice too. Complimentary Cleaning is available only between 11 am to 2 pm. Suggestions: If you are not in your villa in this time you’ll have to mange cleaning on your own. If an option for evening slot for cleaning (even if at a nominal fee) is also provided that would be great. Better linen will make the experience even more premium.

A great place in Doha for big family, the location is 15 mins away (driving) from all the attractions. What I liked most is the clean place and the friendly staff.

We had such a great time staying at this Airbnb in Goa. The space was both beautiful and super functional—it had everything we needed. The whole house was clean, air-conditioned, and really well-kept. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had all the basics, which made things really convenient. We ended up spending a lot of time in the living room—it was cozy and had a TV, so it became our go-to hangout spot during the trip. Big thanks to the hosts, and especially to Aakash, who was really helpful and always around if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Goa!

Had a great family time with our dogs at the villa. The location is great, with both beaches and popular spots within a 30 min radius. Manoj and his team were prompt and very helpful - they did a brilliant job cleaning up everyday to make us feel right at home

We had an absolutely comfortable and welcoming stay. The caretakers were very prompt and helpful. The property was thoroughly cleaned everyday and fresh towels were provide too. The host also checked up with us if we were having a comfortable stay which felt nice. Would recommend that you book for your next trip to Goa! The location is great with close access to alot of the restaurants.

Our 2-day stay at this Airbnb in Lonavala was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect—peaceful yet easily accessible, offering breathtaking views and a refreshing escape from city life. I’ve stayed here multiple times. The place is very comfortable, spacious and have everything you need. Very central, 5 minutes drive from city center and a short walk to Alain oasis (it’s just behind you) The host was very helpful and respectful. Whenever I needed something, he helped. All in all a fantastic place to stay in. You won’t regret Booking!

My best experience in a Airbnb. It felt just like home . What stood out the most were the hosts. Ravi and Priya went out of the way to do things for us . I was travelling with my 64year old father and they readily accomodate a free early check-in for my dad . The house was so amazing that for the first time i felt like staying indoors and not to go out anywhere in Goa. The hosts made sure the house has everything a person would need during a stay , especially their fully loaded pantry in the kitchen . I really wanted to cook during a vacation just by seeing the kitchen, it was so comfortable for me to make meals for my dad and ourselves. By the end of the trip my dad and husband told they feel like they are at home and don't feel like going back. Ravi and Priya are great people, we lost track of time talking to them. I'm surely marking this place as my forever go to option in Goa. Thank you Ravi and Priya for making it a comfortable and amazing stay for us.

Charles was an amazing host who had the perfect team to co ordinate our arrival and things we need at the villa . Bishnu the house keeper was super friendly and most loving to host us and keep us well fed. The entire villa was sooooo beautiful, serene and very clean . The old Portuguese villa had amazing 4 bedrooms that was well equipped with all amenities . The pool and the sit out was the highlight of the stay I wish we could have stayed longer . But for sure we ll come back as a bigger group to chill in the house .

We stayed at Villa 11 & 12 for 3 nights in a group of 18 and had the best time. It was our first time in Goa and we couldn't have picked a better accommodation. We had every facility that we could have needed available. The quality of the accommodation is on par with 4-5* hotels. We also made the most of having a pool, the water was cool and perfectly clean. The location is perfect, less than 10 min walk from shops and restaurants and 15 mins to the beach. We didn't get catering but that option was available. The staff are at hand during the day for help with anything from making toast to doing laundry. There are quite a lot of people that work in the villas throughout the day doing housekeeping but they didn't interfere with us and it doesn't feel too invasive. One day the villa manager did bring some people in to show them aroune when we were chilling in the pool area which we would have appreciated being informed in advance. But otherwise it was a perfect stay and we would return!

Swapnaja is a wonderful, friendly host who makes you feel right at home. She suggested us some great recommendations for local attractions. (Swapnaja, that coffee table book on Ratnagiri was wonderful.) She is a good cook too. My son especially liked the fish prepared by her. Overall, we had a great stay with Swapnaja. We will definitely visit again. 😊

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Pinheiro. Ashok who is the local host was helpful and responsive. You have an on site housekeeper (well we had 2 by the end of the stay as one was leaving soon to get married) who will cook you breakfast in the mornings and even babysat one night so me and my husband could go out for a meal. The place is lovely! The pool is on the smaller side but a good size for our family to plunge in when the heat got a bit much. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happy stay there again!

Stayed for a night at Shwet's beautiful house on our way from Udaipur to Dwarka. One of the 60- 70 similar houses located in a farm house like setting. Beautiful two bedroom house with attached bathrooms - clean and tidy, kitchenette with all provisions and sitting space. Had a pleasant stay.

Our group recently visited goa and it was nice stay and experience with him. I recommended this villa. Rehan was helpful. Clean place, lots of space and big pool. Cook was awesome. Must book it.

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!
