I had a wonderful stay with my family, the apartment was very clean , comfortable and very cozy. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive.

I had a wonderful experience at this place! Special thanks to Radhika Ma’am and Tanuja Ma’am for their exceptional service. Both were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. That kind of genuine concern really stood out and made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a caring team!

It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

A truly wonderful stay! The house was bright, cheerful, and filled with natural sunlight from all directions — it gave such a warm and positive feeling. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family stay. Despite the hot weather outside, the air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the place cool and pleasant. The host was very friendly and welcoming, and everything we needed was already available in the house. We highly recommend this home and would gladly stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

I had a fantastic stay at Amar’s. It was a very comfortable base for a couple to explore Dubai. The facilities (pool, gym, etc) were great. Amar’s communication was all very prompt and helpful.

Everything about this place was just perfect – from the immaculate cleanliness of the villa to the incredibly warm and welcoming hospitality we received. From giving us great local recommendations to ensuring everything at the villa was spot on, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. Even the caretaker was polite and attentive, making the entire stay feel effortless and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable time. The property is well maintained . It has amazing view of the Pawna lake and Sunset view is amazing. Pool although small but nice and clean and the Jauccuzi as well was great. Location is perfect and very well connected with Pune. Roads are good all through out and we had no difficulty in finding this place. We really enjoyed our stay at this place.

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

Loved our stay, felt right at home. Really well maintained cosy place, close to the beach and other restaurants. They have their own cafe as well right next to the house. Liked their french toast. Would love to visit again and stay for longer.

We had a comfortable stay! The house was clean and organised and the location of the property is awesome! Beach view from the Porch is definitely the USP of the property.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

Hospitality by Lalita was top notch, personal touch like providing itinerary to enjoy nearby places so that we don't miss out on anything that helps alot. Also she makes you feel like you are at home, even the care taker of the place is sweet. Describing the place, it is as mentioned in the description, all the appliances work fine and everything works as good as it works in your house. It feels perfect if you don't want to call it lavish, but that's the charm of Airbnb where you get more privacy and peace than an hotel. And here you get ample amount of both, backing up by the peace of mind by Lalita's great hospitality. We did not faced any problems like, electric outage or anything so cannot comment on that. But overall you will enjoy your stay here, it is worth the penny spent.

It was a pleasant stay, the property was exactly as shown in the pictures. Location is very convenient and easy to find. Beaches nearby, the balcony view is amazing. The parking is shaded and inside the property so feels very safe for own vehicles. Swimming pool is well maintained and it is really big swimming pool as in photos it looks small.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.
