Monthly Rentals in Applegate

This was my third long term stay here and it's definitely my favorite AirBnB. The loft apartment is quiet, cozy and private. Ellen the host is quick to respond to any questions you might have and is very easy to get ahold of when needed. The area is surrounded by birds and animals. Grocery store right down the street. Just minutes from downtown Grants Pass or the Applegate Valley wineries. Definitely will stay there again.

This cabin was an absolute dream! Tucked away in a very private setting, it was the perfect peaceful escape for me, my husband, and our dogs. The space was spotless and beautifully decorated—straight out of a magazine. The gated yard was a huge plus, giving our dogs plenty of room to roam and play safely. The host was incredibly responsive and sweet, which made the experience even better. We were also pleasantly surprised with a delicious bottle of wine upon arrival, and I loved all the thoughtful touches, especially the coffee pods. The setting was pure magic—wild turkeys in the morning, deer in the evenings, and a charming little stream behind the cabin. We also enjoyed cozying up by the outdoor fire pit on the chilly nights. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene and stylish getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back soon!

This retreat has been a staple of ours for a couple years now. This a great place for us to escape and recharge. Beautiful surroundings and close to all the wineries. Great host with great hospitality. We will be back!

I've stayed at over 70 airbnbs and Deanna's place is one of the best. The view of the mountain, huge hard with big trees all around, the smell of pine resin, quiet, peaceful, private, secure... a keypad gate to the property... a beautiful place to be. Inside everything is clean, comfortable, warm and functional. The window seat under a huge window looking out at the mountain is really inspiring! Extra amenities are accessible on property, Deanna is responsive, super helpful, friendly and very encouraging. If I could I'd move there and stay for a very long time... Thank you Deanna, you made a huge difference in our lives.
