Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

It is a 5-minute walk to Çiğli State Hospital and Katip Çelebi University, a 5-minute walk to the Egekent IZBAN station, and a 1-minute walk to the industrial zone and the tram. I recommend that you contact me before booking 😉 There is no cooking in the house!! Natural gas is not active! I have air conditioning 👍!!! I can rent it out by the hour between 1:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
