In city center, all bars, restaurants, cafes are below our apartment. 3 A/C natural gas heating, Ambilight Tv and sound system, bath tub, all are ready for your staying. Our cleaning team also cleans everything before your arrival. Also we have SPECIAL PARKING LOT(Vans not allowed). You can come by your car very easy. Our building has elevator so you dont need to climb stairs.

My apartment is located in the new building in the Mavişehir area, which is in the most decent and clean neighborhood of Karsiyaka. Only 3 minutes to Izban, 3 minutes to the Atakent beach, 5 minutes to Hiltown mall and 2 minutes walk to tranwaya. The apartment has an elevator and balcony Everything is available in the apartment. There are all the ingredients you can eat. The internet is fast, Neftlix and Youtuba. I welcome all my guests.

This is a beautiful house in a gorgeous village. The seafront is just 3 minutes away. You can walk into the centre where you will find cafés and restaurants to suit all budgets. The cooperative cafés in the harbour are a great place for a cheap coffee & beautiful views. The main town of Urla is a dolmus ride away. Its old town is definitely worth a visit: the ice cream on the way to the old mosque is delicious. If you have a car, a visit to a vineyard is a must (recommend Urla Sarapcilik). This house is less than a year old so everything is in excellent condition, although there are a few snagging issues in the process of being resolved by the builders. The beds are very comfortable and having 4 bathrooms is a luxury. There is plenty of storage space in all bedrooms. The kitchen is well-equipped and we made use of the barbecue on the terrace. It’s worth noting that the garden & pool are at the front of the house alongside a busy road. I must say Unal and his family are 5 star hosts.

We loved staying in Emre’s beautiful home. It looked just as it appeared in pictures and was exactly as described. Most importantly, Emre was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We had questions regarding restaurants, shops, transportation and other matters. Emre always responded quickly, completely, and very helpfully. He is a wonderful host.

The house was well prepared. All needs have been taken into account. Everything I thought was missing was more than enough. The apartment is very old but the house is very authentically decorated. We had a great time for 2 days. The host was very helpful, thank you. I think I will choose it again. Those who will go by their own car can rest assured, the house is not on the street, but there is a parking lot nearby.

Mr. Çağrı was very helpful to us in everything. Very helpful and nice host. It also provided a lot of flexibility during check-in and checkout. The house was just like in the photos. The location was great and the site facilities were amazing. When I come to Izmir, I will choose this place again.
