Lorena is a very warm, helpful and reliable landlady. We felt very comfortable in her beautiful house. The house in the medieval village has a lot of atmosphere and is practical and furnished with a lot of love. We made many excursions to the sea and to the Tuscan cities and the area. We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace very much. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

The house is tiny and nice, it's in a historical village. If you like fresh air, view to hills and forest - it should be your choice. For us it was comfortable and adequate to our expectations. Thanks!

This was our first time in Italy- from start to finish Marco was on hand to help, to give handy tips and respond quickly when we needed advice. He had a great wood fire going for us when we arrived. The villa is gorgeous! Very well equipped, comfortable sofas and beds, warm and secure. The open fire kept us cosy in the evenings (free wood supplied) although central heating is available too. Bring slippers, it’s a beautiful stone/tiled floor so socks alone probably aren’t enough! Plenty of space upstairs and in main living area. The garden is magnificent - sitting outside and looking at the views made the holiday so special. Plenty of furniture to dine outdoors. We highly recommend this property and the host. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. Make sure you have a car, it’s in a lovely, remote spot.
