Wonderful and comfortable house in a beautiful and peaceful surrounding, with an amazing host. Particularly recommended for families with kids. Location: Serene and beautiful surroundings, inside a private compound in the hills of Chambéry, while still being within walking distance from the center. Lots of privacy, with no direct views of any houses. Ideal for someone trying to escape the hustle and bustle of the city center. House and Amenities: Beautiful architect-designed house (just like in the pictures) with new and comfortable amenities. Very well equipped for long stays, with everything you need for cooking, washing, etc. Host: Brigitte was an amazing host, welcoming us on the first day and remaining extremely available and responsive to all questions and needs we had. She was sweet and caring, and genuinely concerned about our well-being and enjoyment of our vacation. Truly our home away from home. The most deserved 5-star review I've done in a while.

We had a great time at this villa! As a couple with two friends and our 3-year-old, we stayed 5 days from the end of December to the beginning of January. The accommodation is ideal for living together without getting in the way thanks to the good insulation and the location of the 4 bedrooms. Extremely well-equipped, it has everything you can look for: many appliances, beautiful bright living space with a magnificent view of Lake Annecy, and mountains visible from the roof windows. The decoration is neat, each room is well thought out and comfortable to stay in. Well located, 30 minutes from La Clusaz and remarkable sites like Montmin, the villa offers calm and serenity, perfect for relaxing. We did not try the pool in winter but hope to return to sunny days to fully enjoy it. In short, a superb address, comfortable and with breathtaking views, which we warmly recommend to everyone!

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We had a lovely stay at Sylvie's! The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and quiet, the outdoor space is pleasant and we really enjoyed discovering the area. Sylvie is a friendly host and we are delighted to have chosen her house for our holiday.

A lovely, storied home close with a gracious and helpful host. The house has many things inside, but it is remarkably clean and free from dust. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Located at the base of a gorgeous mountain, close to Geneva, and easy day-trip driving distance to Mont Blanc, Annecy, and other points of interest. If on foot it might be uncomfortable to walk to public transports, but if you have a car this home is an outstanding value for the price.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

We had a very nice week with family in Flore's house. The house is very nice. Quiet environment and beautiful mountain views. Flore is very responsive and offers good advice.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

Spacious house (with 13 of us, we didn't step on each other's toes). Well-equipped. Well-placed for the lake and mountain. In rainy weather the kids enjoyed the ping-pong and foosball.

We had a wonderful stay at this house nestled in the beautiful French Alps. The host was extremely helpful and made everything easy, from the check-in process to providing assistance during our stay. The house is equipped with everything needed for those who love cooking, including grilling utensils that we thoroughly enjoyed using. The wide range of pool accessories was a very nice touch, allowing us to relax and have fun outdoors. The garden is spacious and well-maintained, perfect for enjoying the alpine scenery in complete tranquility. It was a relaxing and refreshing stay, and we would gladly return in the future. Thanks again for the hospitality!

This is a great house - well equipped, spacious and in a beautiful location. Gil met us there and was very helpful in providing info about the local area. Supermarket 5 mins away, and around 15-20 mins to get into the beautiful town of Annecy. The third bedroom is on the lower floor, which could be tricky with younger kids, but my 15 year old enjoyed the privacy. Excellent hosts, great stay.

This place is as described, unfortunately weather was not kind to us but we still used the outdoor kitchen for bbqs. Perfect space and everywhere we wanted to visit was convenient straight onto fast roads. Perfect thank you Ivan

Our family weekend went very well. We were greeted by Max at the time we had agreed. He was able to give us the necessary instructions for the smooth running of our stay. Our granddaughters were able to spend a beautiful morning at Domaine des Fauves, close to the house and we ended our little getaway with a picnic by Lake Aiguebelette for everyone's enjoyment. Thanks to Max for hosting us and for the promptness to answer our questions.

We had a wonderful three-day weekend. It had everything you needed to relax: swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, mountain to enjoy the snow, beautiful landscapes. View from the house was excellent. Thanks to Yacine. Really a beautiful modern and friendly house outside and inside!!!!
