Maison familiale dans un cadre exceptionnel, idéalement situé avec un ACCES DIRECT AU LAC : 6 marches à descendre et vous avez les pieds dans l’eau. Bâtisse savoyarde authentique du 18e siècle. Nous avons entièrement rénové l’arrière de la maison pour pouvoir vous accueillir confortablement. La partie avant de la maison n’est pas encore accessible pour l’instant, ce qui ne vous empêche pas de profiter de la totalité du parc qui borde le lac (1800m²). La plage est à 50m de la maison.

In beautiful villa very close to the lake and ultra residential area: comfortable and beautiful studio of 24 m2 totally independent with entrance and secure private parking, (no space shared with the owner), access to pool prohibited, kitchen, shower toilet sink, TV, wifi. Wooden chalet with two bedrooms and sofa bed in the “Camping de la Nublière”. Our chalet was recently renovated and now has wifi, a large garden and bicycles for your use. Direct access to a private beach, the port and all the camping facilities including spa (paid) and the kids clubs. A perfect spot to enjoy the mountains and the lake as a family or with friends. Plus, we have the same chalet next door for 4 extra people.
