The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Real time out and pure nature, perfect for solo travelers and couples. Ideal as a quiet place for creative work. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Cottage at Agra Park

The cottage (35 m²) has: - a bedroom with 2 single beds and a wardrobe - a living room with sofa, table, chairs and TV - Bathroom with shower - a mini kitchen with a hot plate, fridge and microwave - a garden with furniture for comfortable sitting It is quietly located in the south of Leipzig between the city and Neuseenland. Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

To strip off the noisy everyday life and immerse yourself in the healing embrace of the forest. The Rochauer Heide Nature Reserve offers you the appropriate environment. You will stay in one of our lovingly furnished round tents and have your own fully equipped bathroom. Enjoy the absolute tranquility and wonderful energy of the forest.

Enjoy a relaxing vacation in our 90-square-meter (969-square-foot) vacation apartment with 2 bedrooms – the lake is right across from the house. The house has 2 apartments. The spacious garden, equipped with a ping-pong table and a gas and charcoal grill, invites you to enjoy cozy evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the lake. Car parking spaces are available on the property. Bicycles can be safely parked. Pets are welcome.

Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.
