Wonderful stay and helpful host. Beautiful space, spotlessly clean and in a great location. We visited Wells, Sandringham, Hunstanton and Norfolk Lavender - all lovely places. We hope to return in the future , thank you Elaine.

Sue's place was a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads. Sue was lovely and welcoming and happy to provide recommendations for what to do.

I was in the area for work, so I was only there from the evenings to early mornings, but I had a wonderful stay! Jane was a great host. She left clear instructions to get into the property and a message to let me know she had picked up some milk and breakfast bits for me - particularly helpful when you’re working! Everything was very clean and in good working order, which made me feel very comfortable. Glad I stayed and I’d stay again!

Steve is a brilliant host, very friendly and informative and just a thoroughly decent guy. The place is clean, modern and in an area to explore local wooded areas. You get a lot more in the room than you usually would for the price and I felt very comfortable there. I would 100% recommend
