Exceptionally clean and has every thing you need for a short weekend or an extended stay. Eff has full size kitchen and washer and dryer. You have complete privacy with separate parking space in quiet, safe neighborhood, just outside the city of Lufkin (less than 7 miles from both hospitals) and most dining. No children. No pets. Kitchen - no oven/washer/dryer/queen bed There is one security camera facing parking area/entry with no audio mounted on main house
