The house was clean and well equipped. Outside stairs are narrow and steep but we had no problem. Driveway and cars parking at neighboring houses made it hard to safely park the truck/boat in the narrow driveway but it is doable. Beds and pillows were comfy. Nice hot water. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay again.

Very peaceful and quiet location, with friendly neighbors, located a block from the boat ramp. Had plenty of room to park the boat/trailer right in front of the cabin. With an ice vending machine in the parking area we had all we needed for the weekend of fishing.

Waterfront Sam Rayburn Mid Lake

You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier host than Jim, who clearly wants the best for his guests. That's very apparent by the care taken to keep the property so beautiful. While enjoying morning coffee, we watched a Bald Eagle soar in from the lake like a fighter jet and perch itself on a pine tree for about a half hour. It was extremely vocal and had the other birds in the area on high alert. Not something we see every day in our neck of the woods. We are already planning to return with the family. The home was very spacious, clean and well kept. There was not anything that we needed during our stay that wasn't provided or available. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, Jim! Great place! Loved it was in the country but so close to where I needed to be, about a 15 minute drive. The bed was so comfortable!! The house was easy to find things I needed. I will definitely stay here again!

The place was perfect for our group. Donna the owner was proactive in making sure we had a good check-in and had everything we need. The view was absolutely beautiful of the lake. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was updated and appliances were new. The property had so much room outside and we enjoyed our time around the fire pit. We will be booking this property again when we come next year!!

This was the easiest check in I've ever experienced, and the most beautifully decorated house we've stayed at. It was decorated with fall items, plenty of pillows and blankets to accommodate our guests, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/towels all provided just like a hotel. My group was raving about the peacefulness and beauty of the property. Perfect for our work trip and enjoyed the fire after a long day at our event. Everything was clean and easily accessible, from wine glasses to cooking supplies, this place has it all. Zero complaints, only great memories.
