Very peaceful and quiet location, with friendly neighbors, located a block from the boat ramp. Had plenty of room to park the boat/trailer right in front of the cabin. With an ice vending machine in the parking area we had all we needed for the weekend of fishing.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! You can truly tell that so much thought and care went into every aspect of the home. The attention to detail is evident throughout, and it made the whole experience feel so special. I loved reading the guidebook, which included fascinating history about the area, the owner and Roxie Point, it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel even more connected to the place. Jill was absolutely amazing, and her hospitality was beyond anything we could have expected. We came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we loved it so much that we ended up extending our stay! The home itself was incredibly clean, relaxing, and the views from every room were breathtaking. Listening to the sound of the waves at night became one of my favorite parts, it was so soothing and peaceful. We will definitely be back! Thank you for providing such a beautiful oasis and for making our stay so memorable.

Had everything I needed for a 12 nights. The perfect home away from home. It had the cutest outside sitting area and a car port for those spring storms. The host was very understanding of my long work days and had great communication with me. I would recommend anyone to this location. You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier host than Jim, who clearly wants the best for his guests. That's very apparent by the care taken to keep the property so beautiful. While enjoying morning coffee, we watched a Bald Eagle soar in from the lake like a fighter jet and perch itself on a pine tree for about a half hour. It was extremely vocal and had the other birds in the area on high alert. Not something we see every day in our neck of the woods. We are already planning to return with the family. The home was very spacious, clean and well kept. There was not anything that we needed during our stay that wasn't provided or available. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, Jim! This was one of the best places we have stayed at. We definitely, would consider going back. It was very peaceful and we enjoyed being so close to the water. Chayanna was quick to respond when needed. She describes the house exactly how it is. Beautiful home.

The house was clean and well equipped. Outside stairs are narrow and steep but we had no problem. Driveway and cars parking at neighboring houses made it hard to safely park the truck/boat in the narrow driveway but it is doable. Beds and pillows were comfy. Nice hot water. Beautiful sunsets. Would stay again.

This was hands down the best accommodation I've ever experienced. Everything about it was perfect - from the serene seclusion to the breathtaking location. The sense of being completely alone by the lake was incredible. I loved barbecuing and swimming in total privacy, surrounded by nothing but nature. If you cherish peace and love the outdoors, I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

We stayed for Labor Day weekend 2024 & again Easter weekend 2025. Best place to stay if you want to get away and relax in the piney woods. We love staying for a long weekend to unwind and reset. Kids love playing in the stock tank & all the games provided. Wonderful family getaway with beautiful views. We will be back in fall.

This was the easiest check in I've ever experienced, and the most beautifully decorated house we've stayed at. It was decorated with fall items, plenty of pillows and blankets to accommodate our guests, shampoo/conditioner/body wash/towels all provided just like a hotel. My group was raving about the peacefulness and beauty of the property. Perfect for our work trip and enjoyed the fire after a long day at our event. Everything was clean and easily accessible, from wine glasses to cooking supplies, this place has it all. Zero complaints, only great memories.
