Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Andros

a casa di George siamo stati benissimo. l'appartamento é come descritto e mostrato nelle foto. é situato in un'area tranquilla e la pace regna sovrana. lo spazio esterno vista mare é davvero bello! George é stato un host molto disponibile e discreto.

George und Roula were great hosts, very friendly and helpful. There was marmalade and a very tasty cake waiting for me on arrival. I was picked up and returned to the bus station. The flat is right by the sea and there's a great terrace to enjoy the view from. The tavernas and restaurants on the seafront and in the Chora are only a few minutes walk. So all in all: perfect!

This beautiful, character filled traditional Andriotic Neoclassical accommodation was just amazing. I felt very much welcomed and comfortable and the location was superb being a short walk to the main street of shops, cafes, churches and wonderful atmosphere that is Chora. Louisa went above and beyond to provide local information and dining suggestions. We were staying over the Easter Celebrations as well and certainly Louisa's knowledge passed on to us helped maximise our travel experience. Nicole assisted hosting and was friendly and extremely welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and of course have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. I believe where I stay during travel is critical in enhancing my enjoyment and I have chosen well with this place. Victoria Mascord

Το προτεινω ανεπιφυλακτα! Μεσα στην χωρα, η οικοδεσποινα γλυκύτατη και εξυπηρετικοτατη, το σπιτακι πολυ ομορφο κ καθαρο.

Our stay at Olea cottage was nothing but magical; the view of the sea, the chirping cicadas, the rush of the wind in the olive trees and the glorious sunset and starry skies. As we were just the two of us, we only used the top floor of the cottage, providing everything we needed. To wake up every morning with such a gorgeous view of the sea is just so relaxing and serene. You are surrounded by nature and peace. The owner recommended some very nice restaurants and places to visit and was a joy to talk to and not invasive at all. Tip: Make sure to check out the magazines on the coffee table as they have loads of brilliant inside information on Andros. We hope to return soon to Andros and Olea cottage as it has captured our hearts.

10/10 voor ons verblijf bij Dora! Dora is een fantastische gastvrouw en heeft een heel mooi appartement ingericht voor haar gasten. Met ons gezin van 4 (2 kinderen van 9 en 10 jaar oud) voelden we ons er meteen thuis. Dora is aanwezig en altijd aanspreekbaar voor vragen, maar respecteert tegelijk de privacy van de gasten. De kinderen waren altijd welkom bij haar om met de katten of de superlieve hond Velvet te spelen. Ze mochten mee in de moestuin van Dora om zelf tomaten en verse kruiden te halen. Apoikia is een klein dorpje maar ideale uitvalsbasis om het eiland te verkennen als je een auto hebt. We haalden elke dag water bij de bron 50 meter verder. We maakten vele prachtige wandelingen in de omgeving. We kunnen niet wachten om hier nog eens terug te komen!

Je moet wat moeite doen om er te komen want hoog gelegen op de berg maar dan heb je ook echt wat. Een stoer en authentiek huis. Smaakvol ingericht en alle belangrijkste dingen zijn voorzien. Het allerbelangrijkste: het uitzicht en de absolute stilte. Ik geloof dat er weinig plekken zijn waar je dit nog kan ervaren. Dit is er een van. Heb niks gedaan van de activiteiten, zoals eens een boek lezen, die ik mij had voorgenomen. Gewoon “zijn” en kijken naar de bergen, zee en de sterren zijn de grote plus en waar dit verblijf toe uitnodigt. Strand ligt aan je voeten (even de berg afdalen) Er zit een goede taverne dichtbij (15 min lopen). Verder heb je een auto nodig. Als je weg zou willen:) Dit adresje zou je geheim willen houden.

Στο σπίτι του Πέτρου περάσαμε καταπληκτικά. Ο Πέτρος είναι πολύ φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός! Είχε φροντίσει για όλα τα απαραίτητα και μη! Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ όμορφο, καθαρό και ωραία τοποθεσία με καταπληκτική θέα. Η διαμονή μας και οι διακοπές ήταν πολύ όμορφες. Θα σας ξανάρθουμε!! ;)

Valentini is an excellent host, responsive, friendly and helpful. Her place is very nicely done, maintaining an authentic vibe. Close to the Chora of Andros but also quite private - thoroughly recommended!

Dimitris es el mejor anfitrión. me dio mucho gusto conocerlo. además me mostró lugares lindos de andros. estoy muy agradecida por su recibimiento y por todas las atenciones. llegué el día de san Valentín y tenía chocolates para mí. definitivamente volvería con él. su espacio es un lugar limpio, seguro y con una vista increíble al mar. si encuentras su lugar serás una persona muy afortunada ❤️❤️ gracias dimitris. me llevo un gran amigo en mi corazón y ganas de volver siempre a la maravillosa isla de andros ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💘

Tout était parfait , l’appartement impeccable, la terrasse sublime, l’emplacement royal, la vue exceptionnelle mais surtout un hôte d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement hors pair. Un immense merci à Nikos .

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Anna und Familie waren sehr hilfsbereit, super freundlich. immer wieder gern dort wohnen.

Ioannis home was lovely, perfect location, the bus from the ferry stops just outside the home, which is across the road from the ocean. Ioannis is warm and friendly and makes you feel so welcome. The home is spotlessly clean, we had fresh linen after 2nights, a bottle of very nice wine, coffee,tea and so many special extras. The views from the balcony are across the water I would highly recommend staying at Ioannis home. Batsi and the countryside around just perfect the whole experience .

Theofilos was very kind and responsive. The house is in a good location at the centre of Batsi and was very clean. However, there was some noise at the night because of the clubs nearby. Although it is highly recommended!

Un soggiorno meraviglioso, una host perfetta, gentile, attenta, ci ha aiutato e consigliato. Il servizio è da sogno, pulizia giornaliera e cambio degli asciugamani e lenzuola se necessario. Questo rende il soggiorno ancora più rilassante. L’appartamento è molto carino, curato nei dettagli e super pulito. Letti leggermente duri ma con tutti i cuscini a disposizione, noi abbiamo dormito comodi! Posizione perfetta, vicina per arrivare con una piacevole passeggiata nel centro di Batsi, ma abbastanza lontana dalla confusione per dormire serenamente e per godere di un panorama meraviglioso. Sono super soddisfatta di questa scelta. Grazie Popi!

Excellent séjour dans le logement de Dimitrios ! La plage est a 2mn a pieds, tout comme les restaurants, bars et petits commerces de Batsi. Pipa, qui est a la réception est très gentille, serviable. Elle passe également dans le logement durant notre absence pour le ménage. Nous nous en sommes rendu compte en rentrant de la plage et que notre vaisselle du midi avait été nettoyée et rangée (merci et surtout désolé pour cela d'ailleurs !) Nous recommandons le logement de Dimitrios pour passer un séjour au calme tout en étant proche de toutes les commodités !

I had a wonderful stay, the view was beautiful and everything was walkable from trails to beaches to restaurants and stores. It’s located 30 seconds away from a small beach perfect for early morning and afternoon swims. The host is very helpful and very responsive. The bus schedule is slightly hard to follow but if you ask around you can figure it out. The apartment met my needs very well.

We loved our stay in the historic mansion! The location was amazing and the space is lovely to spend time in. The beach across the bay from the house was great with kids and it was wonderful to be a staircase away from all the shops and restaurants of the Main Street. Alexandros was very helpful and knowledgeable - we highly recommend his place if you are ever headed to Chora.

Our month here was absolutely magical. We loved the (three!) balconies and having the sea so close we could hear the waves. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with fast and reliable WiFi, and Doros was super responsive and helpful!

Great location with top views of the island’s harbour. The decoration was great and included everything that might be needed during one’s stay. The location was really easy to find, 2 minutes by car from the harbour, so there were many options to eat, drink or shop. The host was very responsive and friendly. Overall, we had a great time!

From this beautiful studio you can look out at the sea, walk to the beach for swimming whenever you like. There is a perfect sea breeze to make the temperatures so comfortable. Costa and his ‘dream team’ were so welcoming and helpful. The sunsets are the best on the Island, I cannot recommend this lovely peaceful spot more.
