We had the most amazing time at jose’s home. Jose and his daughter were so welcoming and made check in so easy. They went above and beyond to make our stay special. The home was was very well equipped and had everything we needed. He was very accommodating with late check out too. The location is fantastic, 5 minutes walk to los delfines town which has everything you need. We hope to go back soon! The view was spectacular. Everything you would need for the most perfect holiday with your family! Thank you jose! If you are reading this review, dont hesitate, just book!

Das Haus und der Garten sind magisch und kaum in Fotos einzufangen. Darum würde ich auch behaupten, dass die Fotos kaum repräsentativ sind - es ist so viel schöner! Wir haben uns sehr wohl und aufgehoben gefühlt. Um uns herum hat man die Natur gespürt und das Leben in Form von Zikaden, Vogelgesang und blühende Pflanzen und Bäume aufgesogen. Es war herrlich!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle und schöne Woche in dieser schönen Villa . Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Villa super sauber und toll ausgestattet . Der ganze Außenbereich übertrifft alle Vorstellungen. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen wollen und können diese wundervolle Villa nur jedem empfehlen. Wir sind immer noch ganz begeistert. Vielen lieben Dank !!

I couldn’t recommend this villa enough, we had an absolutely brilliant stay as a family. The villa and grounds are beautiful. It’s really well equipped, including for a toddler and the location was ideal for quick access to both Pollença and Alcúdia. Miquel was a brilliant host, great communication before our arrib and he & his family were super helpful during our stay.

Am liebsten würden wir zehn Sterne vergeben – noch nie zuvor hat uns ein Ferienhaus so verzaubert. Der Abschied ist uns wirklich sehr schwer gefallen. Das Haus ist in jeder Hinsicht perfekt: ein romantischer Garten, ein traumhafter (beheizbarer) Pool und eine von Sylvie, der herzlichen Vermieterin, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete, stilvolle Innenausstattung. Wir mieten oft über Airbnb, aber selten funktioniert alles so reibungslos – von starkem Wasserdruck über optimal temperierbares Wasser bis zur außergewöhnlichen Sauberkeit. Auch die Küche und die Bäder lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Gärtner sorgt regelmäßig für einen gepflegten Garten, der Pool ist makellos. Das Haus liegt im landschaftlich besonders reizvollen Norden der Insel, mit dem Mietwagen oder Taxi ist man in 5 Minuten in Pollenca oder Port Pollenca und auch Palma ist in 45 Min. erreichbar. Das Haus ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt, um die Schönheiten der Insel zu entdecken. Wir empfehlen Pont Petit von ganzem Herzen!

We had a fantastic stay as a family of four at this villa in Mallorca. The property was spotlessly clean, modern, and clearly renovated since the pictures were taken, which was a pleasant surprise. The unheated pool wasn't an issue for us, but it's something families with small children might want to be aware of. The location and the village are absolutely fantastic – wonderfully quiet and peaceful. A few tips for future guests: definitely pack bug spray! Also, be prepared for some amazing but narrow streets leading to the villa. You need to be a confident driver, but it was no problem for us. We loved chilling out on the hammock in the sun, it was a real highlight. The kitchen facilities are fantastic, with condiments available and the owner kindly provided some essentials on arrival, which was much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were nice and easy too. Vi har haft en underbar vecka i det här fina huset. Välutrustat och med alla bekvämligheter som vi behövde. Huset ligger vackert, dock är det väldigt brant att köra upp till huset.

We’ve just enjoyed a fantastic week at Font Alta as a family of four. Lucy and Joanne were superb hosts, attentive and proactive to all of our needs. The villa is a contemporary delight, with a neutral and calm vibe that allowed us to enjoy a hugely relaxing week. The pool is tucked away and sheltered offering great use morning, day and night. The views from the balconies are exceptional and would never grow old. Pollenca is a town we wish we could have spent more time in, its cobbled streets, boutique shops and extensive choice of excellent restaurants could be explored for weeks and weeks. Congratulations to Lucy on creating such a welcoming place to stay, we would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you. Jack

This is a gorgeous house in a very special location. It’s well equipped with high quality appliances and a view to die for.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön. Der Ausblick und die Sonnenuntergänge sind atemberaubend. Das Haus ist auch nicht hellhörig was super ist vor allem wenn man mit Kindern reist. Die Betten sind groß und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung in der Küche könnte etwas großzügiger sein, aber war auch überhaupt nicht schlimm. Es waren nicht genug kleine Schüsseln, große Löffel und auch Weingläser vorhanden. Einmal wollte der Gärtner um 10 Uhr auf dem Grundstück die Hecke schneiden, als wir ihn baten zu gehen hat er sehr nett reagiert. Das Haus ist ansonsten auch super gelegen, man kommt überall sehr schnell hin. Ein großer Pluspunkt war auch das man noch das aufheizen des Pools dazubuchen konnte. Das Wasser war somit im Mai sehr angenehm zum schwimmen. Ich kann die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen und würde jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. The house is simply perfect! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine, some beers (alcohol free too) and a huge bag of fresh oranges picked directly from their farm. Best oranges we’ve ever had, the kids loved them. We cannot recommend more :)

Pedro’s casa is home away from home. All expectations were exceeded, we had everything we needed during our stay. Pedro provided great local recommendations and ensured to check in with us daily. Location is fantastic as it’s close to the bus stop and easy to walk to town. Would recommend and hope to return to Mallorca soon.

Beautiful house and surroundings. Perfect for a large family with lots of spaces to retreat to and relax. Loved the pool area and the BBQ area. Stunning views too! Only thing to keep in mind is the location requires a car and it’s difficult to walk places with no shoulders on the roads and very limited walking pathways. Not a big deal for adults but a showstopper for kids. Trade-off was well worth it in our opinion, as it was a stunning location and a beautiful place for our holiday. Highly recommend!

I loved every moment of our stay at Doris' place. It is well stocked with everything a guest might need, the linens are premium, the pool was cleaned several times during our stay, the place was squeaky clean, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and more. I also loved all of her personal home decor touches and art collection. Upon arrival, we were met with a representative who walked us through the house and provided us with all the information we would need. Doris has considered all the details carefully ensuring that our stay is memorable. The villa and the grounds are absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this to whoever is looking for a tranquil, quiet place to stay.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in einer echten mallorquinischen Finca Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Finca verbracht und hätten am liebsten verlängert. Das Haus entspricht genau den Bildern – es ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber gerade das verleiht ihm diesen authentischen mallorquinischen Charme, den wir uns gewünscht hatten. Auch die Einrichtung ist bunt und liebevoll zusammengewürfelt – nicht steril, sondern mit Persönlichkeit. Die Außenanlage mit dem tollen Pool war ein echtes Highlight für uns alle. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ein kleines technisches Problem mit dem Warmwasser wurde umgehend behoben – der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war herzlich, zuverlässig und immer hilfsbereit. Für uns steht fest: Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Auszeit!

We loved our time on Mallorca and in Sóller and all agreed that this was a perfect location to have as our home base. And while we were out exploring most days we loved our quiet mornings and evenings in the beautiful home setting. The nearby town of Fornalutx was our favorite for dinners and walkable. The home was well stocked and very comfortable. Nina provided wonderful recommendations to maximize our 4 days on the island and we are already planning a return trip.

Die Unterkunft von Petra ist so schön und wir haben uns alle direkt wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wurde mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und ist super gelegen. Petra ist super nett und zuvorkommend und möchte, dass jeder eine gute Zeit hat. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen.

We spent a week at “Les Estades” and greatly enjoyed our stay. The location between Pollença and Port de Pollença is perfect for relaxing beach days and strolls through the weekly markets. The house itself was very clean and allowed for enjoyable hours at the pool, the various terraces and the beautiful garden. Overall a great experience and we would definitely come back again.

WONDERFUL RETURN TRIP This was our second stay at this lovely house and it was just as great as the first time. It is really spacious, very well equipped, and has everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable holiday. The pool is perfect, clean and a great size, and ideal for cooling off after a short walk back from the beach. We were so pleased to find a table tennis table this time, such a fun addition that kept everyone entertained throughout the week. The location is fantastic, with a lovely local feel, and a short car journey to Cala D'Or. Just across the road is a hotel that runs a children’s holiday club and disco in the evenings. You can hear it a little sometimes, especially if you are sitting outside, but it is not overbearing and didn’t impact our holiday at all. A big thank you to Ingrid and Salvador, who are wonderful hosts. They welcomed us with delicious Mallorcan cakes when we arrived. We are looking forward to our next visit already!
