I stayed in this house and loved it. The house is exactly as described in the photos: clean and spacious. The kitchen is well-stocked, perfect for cooking meals independently. The bed was comfortable and I really enjoyed the tranquility of the area. The owner was very responsive and quick to respond. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful time staying with Dario and Daria! The two are really great hosts. Dario welcomed us warmly and surprised us not only with a healthy and sweet snack, but also with drinking water. It was especially nice that we could travel with our two dogs – the large, fenced garden was at our disposal, which was perfect for us and the dogs. Dario lives above the Airbnb apartment and was there for us with any questions. He gave us a very good introduction to the area and the most important places in Andora di Marina and provided us with a written guide to look up. Excursions to the neighboring towns such as Alassio are also absolutely recommended. We had a parking space right in front of the apartment which was also safe and fenced – very convenient! A big thank you to Daria for the quick and clear communication via Airbnb and Dario for the hospitality! Grazie mille!

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. location is great, short walk to beaches, wonderful bakery and restaurants. Place was quiet, private and included all that we need - cooking, laundry, wifi, comfy bed, etc. Things to note - parking is a few blocks away, path leading to unit has stairs, and mosquitos in the garden area during our stay - perhaps not a year round issue. Overall, the place really grew on us and we would definitely stay again. Host was accessible and pleasant. Recommend for those looking for a relaxing getaway from the big crowds of Nice. It's close enough to get in the action if you want, but a nice reprieve.

We spent over a week at Babou’s spacious apartment as a family, which looks exactly like the photos. The sea view from the terrace is fantastic. The location of the apartment is good - easy access to the beach and train station (about a 15 minute walk). Fred (Babou’s sister) welcomed us on our arrival - she was friendly and easy to contact if we had any questions. We would recommend staying at Babou’s apartment.

We spent the holidays over Christmas and New Year at the apartment. Adriana welcomed us in a very friendly way and was always immediately on hand for any questions or problems. The location of the house is ideal, a nice terrace overlooking the sea and city, maximum 10 minutes walk to the promenade. The outdoor area is completely fenced, and therefore ideal for our dog. As many of my previous speakers have aptly described, Stefano's small, tower-like old town house is very special because it was renovated with a clear idea and brought into the present day without destroying the medieval flair. The layout of the rooms is great - you always have views through two or even all three floors and the idea of installing the kitchen at the top on the terrace in the brightest room creates a great user experience. With everything we did in the house, we always felt like we were in the right place. Cooking and eating in the sunlight and with a distant view over the place, past the church tower to the sea at the top, watching a movie in the evening in the spacious former parish hall in the middle and sleeping downstairs in the dungeon ;-) Overall, it was once again nice to experience the positive influence a well-designed environment has on us humans! Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house and stay! Highly recommend and would return. Just for awareness, the third bedroom (sofa beds) doesn’t have an AC unit but there is a fan. WiFi works well and given that the house is older there can be some dust but it’s worth it to be in such a beautiful space with great character! Thank you Fox Keys!!!
