"La Maddalena" welcomes and offers you a relaxing holiday in the nice town of Albenga. The apartment situated in a privileged position within the old town of Albenga, nearby you can find lots of restaurants cooking pizza, bars, pubs and in particular.. For less than 1 km (only 12 minutes), our sea with nice beaches. Ideal for families with children (it has play corners, a crib and an high chair) or small groups, has 7 beds (one double bed and two comfortable sofa beds, 1 single bed), fully equipped kitchen and small bathroom. In the kitchen, for FREE, you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast the first day of your vacation. No pets are allowed (of any size). Services included: electricity, water, gas, TV, heating and final cleaning. Furnished apartment for tourist use. Services on payment: sheets and towels (5 euros per person). Better than a hotel, a bed & breakfast, but with use of kitchen!

You will have your own private parking space under the house. Perfect if you want to stay comfortable and reach the free beach 50 m from the house (equipped with a shower). If you are a family or a couple looking for relaxation and comfort, this accommodation is right for you.

The accommodation is located in a characteristic Ligurian "carrugio" in the historic district of Via Madonna dei Costiglioli (pedestrian) and occupies the third and fourth and last floor of a typical Ligurian "terra cielo" house. The whole house is tastefully furnished with attention to detail: the antique furniture and furnishings are the protagonists and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. A large garage with access a few meters from the house is available to guests free of charge (excluding August 1 to 31)
