Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and was always responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit neglected, with a little care the accommodation would really become a little gem. Be careful if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case longer than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a bit tight and requires some maneuvering to get in/out. It might be a problem to have room to maneuver if the parking lot is full.

Tastefully renovated house in a village of character with lots of charm. The house is very nice and is much better than in the listing photos! The location is great for resting, walking and eating well. The locals are welcoming and put their heart and soul into showcasing their land. There's an excellent restaurant in the village that combines authenticity and refinement. Most of the products are made on site, including goat cheeses to die for. Lara welcomed us with great kindness. She also has a ceramic workshop with pretty pieces and makes products from strawberries and roses. This stay was a great discovery!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

We had a wonderful time staying with Dario and Daria! The two are really great hosts. Dario welcomed us warmly and surprised us not only with a healthy and sweet snack, but also with drinking water. It was especially nice that we could travel with our two dogs – the large, fenced garden was at our disposal, which was perfect for us and the dogs. Dario lives above the Airbnb apartment and was there for us with any questions. He gave us a very good introduction to the area and the most important places in Andora di Marina and provided us with a written guide to look up. Excursions to the neighboring towns such as Alassio are also absolutely recommended. We had a parking space right in front of the apartment which was also safe and fenced – very convenient! A big thank you to Daria for the quick and clear communication via Airbnb and Dario for the hospitality! Grazie mille!

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

There were four of us for a long weekend in early November, the house matches the description, very practical to have two bathrooms. The interior furnishings are simple but functional, the terrace is a plus, we had breakfast in the sun. Quiet location and within walking distance you can reach beaches, restaurants and a supermarket. We used the heating in the evening given the season and the place warmed up very quickly. Parking was not too problematic given the off-season period. Very responsive and helpful host.

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

great apartment with a beautiful terrace. The bed is good, the kitchen is convenient. Beware of the big ones, the ceiling height is limited but not inconvenient for a normal person. Very well placed in the old Nice.

We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Stayed here for a week with my partner and 5 month old whilst visiting family in Nice and this place ticked all the boxes. Central location - which was ideal for us walking with the pram . We also had the fallback option of the tram line close by as well. Plenty of shops / restaurants near by. Very spacious & clean apartment , plus the view from the balcony was stunning 🤩

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Very well located and clean accommodation. Supermarket, restaurants, tram, everything is close by. Also, the view from the terrace is very pretty, I recommend it!

Comfortable and quiet apartment, ideally located for discovering the surrounding area, restaurants, beach and shopping on foot. The large underground parking space is a valuable asset there. We'll be happy to go back.

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

We stayed at Eva's place to enjoy the three-day Easter weekend. Unfortunately, we weren't able to meet Eva on Friday night because we arrived late because of traffic jams. In any case, we were very satisfied with the accommodation offered (decoration, equipment) and the location (we had the car). I thank Eva for her message availability and address recommendations. We keep this address for a possible stay in Nice in summer to enjoy the pool and terrace.

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.

This is the perfect place to stay in Menton. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Delphine was the perfect host and very helpful. Highly recommend staying here and enjoying all Menton has to offer.

We had a lovely stay at Sabine's who welcomed us to take possession of the apartment. The parking space is very useful and the tram stop is a 5'walk to get around the city.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We loved the security of the building and the convenient private parking spot so close to the unit. The views were amazing. The apartment is clean and modern. Huge bathroom with a great shower. Well appointed kitchen with all the things that you need. The mattress on the pullout sofa was a little too soft for my lower back. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended! A++
