The daylight bathroom has a tub, shower and underfloor heating. Our beautiful accommodation is quietly located, within walking distance of the city and surrounded by nature and apple trees. In our cozy and at the same time very upscale tiny house/construction trailer, you can switch off and enjoy your break! The 2025 newly built wagon has a living /sleeping area, a separate bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The small fireplace invites you to cozy hours in any weather, while you let the view wander into the distance through the panoramic window.

Welcome to the charming Tower Ascent! In our 100-year-old house you’ll stay at the very top, quiet, bright, and cozy. Highlight: an extra room that’s quite possibly Germany’s smallest bedroom, with a tiny entry, its own window, shimmering walls, and a snug bed. It’s not just kids who love it, grown-up “kids” choose it as a special retreat, too. Despite the nearby motorway, the atmosphere invites deep calm. Lovingly restored by us. Perfect for three guests.

Vacation home in Selsingen

In our beautiful apartment, vacationers, fitters and visitors are welcome. The apartment can accommodate 1 - 4 people. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 sofa bed in the living room and bathroom has a shower, as well as a washing machine. The apartment is centrally located close to supermarket, bakery and gastronomy. Cyclists and hikers can explore the surroundings on the northern trails. It takes about 1 hour by car to get to the North Sea.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). With us, every guest is welcome, whether as a family, couples or friends, you will surely have a lovely time at the mill. The large lawns invite you to play ball or have a picnic. The surrounding paths are perfect for cycling and hiking. The mill can accommodate up to 5 people + baby bed.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.
