Vacation rentals with beach access in Anchorage

This place was very nice and close to the airport which was a plus. We had extenuating circumstance that brought us into Anchorage earlier than expected and this host graciously made a local restaurant recommendation and allowed us to check in a little early. We were very grateful that the host made this exception and enjoyed our comfortable stay. I would recommend this place for others visiting Anchorage.

Perfection from start to end! We arrived on an 11pm flight, Brett responded within a minute to meet us and provide the keys and instructions. He shared great recommendations of things to do and see, made us feel completely welcome, and the space was everything we needed and hoped for! Our first morning we walked down to the back deck and heard bald eagles calling, the hot tub was well kept and piping hot, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed, including coffee and a sweet welcome basket. I cannot say enough good things about our experience here, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at the peaceful inlet sanctuary!

Had a wonderful month long stay at Linda’s place. Place was cozy and as described, and the internet worked great for remote work! Location next to the coastal trail was wonderful and enabled us to go for frequent walks to enjoy our time in Anchorage

Kathy's is the ideal spot for folks who want to be close, but not too, to downtown for its activities and dining etc. We enjoyed at the end of the day, sitting on her deck and just watching the lake and mountains. Clean and well kept, the house is very livable. We'll certainly look to see if Kathy's is available when next we visit Anchorage.

Johanna’s place is absolutely beautiful. It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood. It’s far enough from town where you don’t feel rushed but close enough to be apart of the life in Anchorage. The amenities she lists are as described. She is the perfect host. She gives you privacy but is also very responsive. It is definitely a home away from home.

Ms. Sheila was a very welcoming host. Was always available for anything I needed help with while staying there. Would stay again.

Love love love this spot. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnb experiences so far. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful for the whole trip. She even let us get a pretty late check out to accommodate our pup’s surgery. The view is stunning. The house was very comfortable, the hot tub was an amazing addition, and it felt like our own private oasis. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone visiting Anchorage!!!

We had a great time at the Asian Motif lodge. It comfortably fit our group of 9, and we were able to cook and use the well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and there was overall plenty of space. Access to laundry was helpful because we were on a longer ski trip. Our group was comfortable walking to Alyeska, albeit it was a little longer of a walk. The host was very helpful and communicative and gave useful advice! Thank you for our memorable stay!

This was a great stay for my group traveling up for a hockey tournament. The space was great for being able to visit in the living room, play card games at the table and being able to cook and visit in the kitchen. The cozy nooks for relaxing or reading were great too.The beds were comfortable, and hot tub was a treat fir those that used it after playing hockey. If you are a large group be sure to carpool and aware of the vehicle limit. We were able to logistically work with this so it didnt become an issue. Overall we loved the space and were grateful to have a place that provided the space for our group and within a good distance to the rinks. Tanya was responsive at check in, and check out and with any questions we had. She was easy to work with and we also appreciated the ability to check in early.

We really enjoyed staying at this Air B&B! The location was the best that we’ve experienced with Anchorage short term rentals. It was so easy to get around and to/from everywhere we wanted to be. It’s located at the end of a quiet street in a very quaint and nice neighborhood. As other reviews mentioned, it is walking distance to Rustic Goat, most of that walking time is through the neighborhood. 5 stars for general location alone! The rental is well appointed, the beds were very comfy, and the water pressure in the bathroom was awesome. The yard is currently under construction and there is no carport (which was a bit of a bummer since it snowed, but it was totally manageable). To access the unit, we had to navigate some mud and a wood pallet that was laid down on the ground that was acting as a step. I’m sure that will be all taken care of once they are finished with construction, but if mobility is an issue, you may want to book their listing for the other side of the duplex.

Nicole and Jacob are great hosts. Very attentive, helpful, and great communicators. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend them and their space. Tommy Jackson
