The lower level of our Jewel Lake Home with a separate entry, and fun backyard. This is a recent remodel; an eclectic space with vintage wood ceilings and a blend of industrial+ modern detailing. We are 5 minute drive from the airport, and guests can enjoy Alaskan wilderness right from this space. A forested trail system lies right behind our house for walking and biking. Guests may collect eggs from our chickens, use our forest-side hot tub, stoke the firepit, or use paddle boards at Sand Lake.

Creekside Chalet is nestled in the forest near Peters Creek in Chugiak, 25 minutes from Anchorage or Wasilla/Palmer. A peaceful & unique retreat just minutes from hiking trails, lakes, winter skiing, & access to Chugach State Park. This property offers wi-fi, large TVs, a full kitchen, open living space, washer/dryer, & private bedroom with blackout curtains. Enjoy a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining & forested pathway to fireplace overlooking the creek. Winter use requires AWD/4WD vehicle.

We aim for you to feel as though you’re visiting family. The property features a spacious yard with a swing set & sandbox for kids. Pat may greet you on arrival & is always happy to share his love of Alaska & local insights. Steps away from bikes trails and within blocks of restaurants and city life, most downtown attractions are within walking distance.
