Downtown Lux - The Dark Horse House - 3 Bed/Bath

KimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Some changes have been made since the pictures were taken (the 3rd bedroom had a Murphy bed now instead of a sofa couch.), but otherwise just as pictured. The soaking tube and double shower in the primary bedroom were heavenly as well as the Japanese heated toilet seats! The snow was shoveled everyday and the location was 15-30 min walk from bars and restaurants downtown. Very comfortable stay.

Basement with a Mountain View

ZonyaRating, 5 stars19 months ago
Wonderful accommodations and a friendly and welcoming family. A private bedroom and bathroom along with an under stairs storage was provided with a key to secure. Closet space was generous and towels and linens were readily available. We enjoyed the Keurig with coffee supplied. There was a large mini fridge/ freezer combination available for food storage. The microwave worked well and there was an ice maker available as well. David was willing to answer any questions about the area and great to converse with. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

Moose Meadow: Mountain view, creekside, w/ hot tub

DanaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Love love love this spot. Definitely one of my favorite Airbnb experiences so far. Stephanie was very responsive and helpful for the whole trip. She even let us get a pretty late check out to accommodate our pup’s surgery. The view is stunning. The house was very comfortable, the hot tub was an amazing addition, and it felt like our own private oasis. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone visiting Anchorage!!!

Hobbit Hole, a private cabin for 2 on Bear Creek

AnjaliRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We had a lovely time staying at the Hobbit Hole cabin for our getaway from Seward. The cabin was super cute and had all the amenities we needed, including a little smores gift! Sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee, listening to the creek, and watching the falling leaves was so magical. The Dirty Skillet restaurant was a culinary delight. The staff was super nice, the bar offered a bunch of local Alaskan brews, and a variety of foods. We got Dusty Road Rice Balls, the Big Sexy Kahuna Tuna Poke bowl, the "Thai Me Up" coconut veggie curry, and shared the flourless chocolate cake. SO AMAZING. We will definitely be back!

Bridge Cabin, your own Alaska home by the creek

JessicaRating, 5 stars7 months ago
This was my 1st time visiting Hope, 5th time in Alaska since 2020. I loved this space! Bear Creek was enchanting and whimsical to me. I enjoyed the quiet town. The walk to the bathroom did not bother me even though this cabin is the farthest away. We made our meals in the cabin so didn't get a chance to check out the restaurant but will definitely be back. If you have any heat going, the loft gets far too hot so it was nice to have a bed and an extra pullout on the main floor. This is the kind of Alaska that I like to experience.
